Cecil Edward Pruitt: Obituary

Cecil Edward Pruitt, age 60 of St George, SC, passed away on October 6, 2015. Mr. Pruitt was born in Fort Pierce, FL, on July 23, 1955. He was the son of the late Cecil C M and Sara Lucy Pruitt. Mr. Pruitt served his country in the U S Army, and was one of the original members of the North Georgia Honor Guard in Blairsville, GA. He is survived by his wife Jenny Pruitt of St George, SC, Son Johnathan R Pruitt of Colorado, stepmother Cecilia G. Pruitt, half brother John W Ludlum, step brothers Terry and Kevin Kane, Nephew Johnny Ludlum all of Blairsville—niece Tammy Cuevas of Jacksonville, FL, nephew Bobby Ludlum of Stuart, FL and Michelle Ludlum of Atlanta, GA. (He was preceded in death by half brother Robert Ludlum.) He will be laid to rest in Holly Hills Veterans Cemetery in Blairsville, by the North Georgia Honor Guard on Sunday November 8, 2015 at 3:00 PM, with Rev Gregory Matthei officiating.
