Cochran Funeral Home of Blairsville announces graveside services for Ethel Ann Payne, age 75, native and lifelong resident of Blairsville, who passed away on Wednesday evening, May 25, 2016 at her home.
Miss Payne was born in Union County, Georgia, on March 20, 1941, a daughter of the late Wilburn Bruce Payne and the late Nellie Dyer Payne. Ethel was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
Ethel will be greatly missed, especially by her loving family members: brother, Ernest Payne, of Blairsville, and sister, Louise Worthington, also of Blairsville. Many other friends and relatives also survive.
Graveside services have been scheduled for Friday, May 27, 2016, at 5 p.m., to be held in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family has selected the following pallbearers: Gary Payne, Tim Payne, Van Payne, Janice Payne, Melvin Payne, and Tina Dillingham.
