Mrs. Bonnie Lou Seabolt age 68 of Blairsville passed away peacefully on Wednesday August 31, 2016 in the North East GA Medical Center following an extended illness. Mrs. Seabolt was born on March 7, 1948 in Blairsville, GA., the daughter of the late Walter Lovell and the late Rosell Gibson Lovell. Bonnie loved her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Noah Nelson Seabolt in 2011, a brother, Henry Lovell, three sisters, Lillian Garrett, Ruby Garrett and Elena (Shovel) Stanley. Bonnie attended the Cross Church in Young Harris.
Surviving Mrs. Seabolt are one daughter and son in law, Michelle and Jeff Deaver of Blairsville, one son and daughter in law, Michael and Lynne Seabolt of Augusta, GA., four sisters and three brothers in law, Geneva and Cline Garrett of Suches, Bessie and James Cain, Linda and Gary Payne all of Gainesville, Opal McGaha of Young Harris, Mildren Grizzle of Blairsville, one brother and sister in law, Earl and Rena Lovell of Blairsville, four grandchildren, Katlin, Colton, J.R. and Clay, two great grandchildren, Allie and Paisley, also surviving Mrs. Seabolt is her special friend Kenneth Mulkey, several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends also survive.
Funeral services will be held on Friday September 2, 2016 at 12:00 pm from the Mountain View Chapel with the Rev. Jeff Deaver and Rev. Gerald McGaha officiating. The following gentleman will serve as pallbearers, Colton Deaver, J.R. Matheson, Clay Matheson, Aaron McGaha, Larry Seabolt, Anthony Garrett, Ronnie Norton and McCrae Lovell. Interment will follow in the Harmony Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to the Cross Church PO Box 1002 Young Harris, GA 30582 in Bonnie’s memory. The family will meet with friends at the funeral home on Friday from 10:30-12:00pm. Mountain View Funeral Home of Blairsville is in charge of the arrangements.
