Mrs. Viola Gertrude Ullsperger: Obituary

Mrs. Viola Gertrude Ullsperger age 93 of  Blairsville,GA went to be with the Lord on peacefully on Thursday March 2nd, 2017 in the Homestead Hospice Center in Clyde, NC. Mrs. Ullsperger was born on September 30th, 1923 in New York City, NY., the daughter of the late William Dunleavy and the late Mary Wisson Dunleavy. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and sister. Viola loved playing golf in her younger days and also loved the Green Bay Packers. Viola attended the House of Prayer Church in Blairsville, GA.

Surviving Viola is one daughter and son in law, Letitia and William Jackson of Blairsville, one brother, Bill Dunleavy, two grandchildren, Jeffrey William Faul, Jeremy Robert Faul and wife Emily Faul, two great grandchildren, Jackson Robert Faul and Jett Reed Faul.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday March 11th, 2017 at 11:00 am at the House of Prayer Church with the Rev. Jerry Helton officiating. Special music will be presented by Mildred LeCroy, Pastor Daryl Flake and choir. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Canal Lake Bible Camp in Viola’s memory. The family will meet with friends at the church on Saturday from 10-11:00 am prior to the services. Mountain View Funeral Home of Blairsville is in charge of the arrangements.
