Mr. Russell Oliver Boyle age 87 of Blairsville passed away peacefully on Thursday May 18, 2017 at his with his loving wife by his side following an extended illness. Mr. Boyle was born on Dec. 1, 1929 in Buffalo, NY. He was a veteran of the US Army of WWII. He was a loving husband and was a friend to many. Mr. Boyle was of the Catholic faith.
Surviving Mr. Boyle are his loving wife of forty two years, Ann Hallam Boyle of Blairsville, many other relatives and friends also survive.
No services are planned at this time. In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to the Union County Humane Society Mtn. Shelter in Mr. Boyle’s memory.
