Mr. Sabin Wisson, age 83, of McDaniel Lane, Suches Ga. passed away on Wednesday , August 1, 2018 at Union General Hospital with his loving family by his side. Wes was born in Paris, France on January 9, 1935 to the late Albert Henry and Suzanne G. Wisson. Wes loved to go deep sea fishing, working in his wood working shop and especially shuttling hikers to and from the Appalachian Trail.
Mr. Wisson is survived by his wife, Dixie, two daughters and two son’s , Jacki and Doug Heaton of Brunswick Ga., Lewis and Faye Wisson of Dawsonville, Ga., Nancy and Peter Mondalek of Atlanta Ga., James and Kim Wisson of Hicksville, New York, also surviving are four grandchildren, Misty, Eric, Jena, Georgia and 3 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date and will be announced. The family requests in lieu of flowers memorials to Saint Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
