Ribbon Cutting for Shrimp Snob, Biram Chapman, Owner of St Catherine’s Island Seafood

Shrimp Snob, Biram Chapman, owner of St Catherine’s Island Seafood, has us hooked on his wild-caught, fresh shrimp from the coast of Georgia! You can catch his shrimp around the state at farmers markets and events, but we are thrilled that he partners with local groups to help fundraise for our community.

Biram most recently helped raise $1265 for the Blairsville Police Department’s Shop with a Cop program from his $5 donation for every pount of shrimp sold on July 4th.
