Little Kaeson Bentley Godfrey age two weeks went to be with Jesus on Saturday Sept. 30, 2017 in the Erlanger Hospital.

Kaeson was born on Sept. 16, 2017 in Union County, the son of Mason and Kaci Jones Godfrey. Surviving Kaeson are his parents, Mason and Kaci Godfrey of Marble, NC., grandparents, Shannon and Kristina Jones of Hayesville, Lillian Jones of Murphy, Shannon and Chris Gibby of Murphy, aunts, uncles, Addison Jones, Emerson Gibby, Emily Jones, Jake Jones, Tres Pouncey and Hannah Pouncey, several cousins, many other relatives also survive.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday October 3, 2017 at 4:00 pm from the Mountain View Chapel with the Rev. Patrick Garrett officiating. Special music will be presented by Casey and Randolph Jones. Kaeson’s grandfathers will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow in the Liberty Hill Methodist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 200 Central Ave. Chattanooga, TN. 37403 in Kaeson’s memory. The family will meet with friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2:00-4:00 pm. Mountain View Funeral Home of Blairsville is in charge of the arrangements.
