Mr. Glen Adam Santiago age 46 of Blairsville passed away on Sunday November 5, 2017 at his home following an extended illness.

Glen was born on December 29, 1970 in West Palm Beach, FL., the son of Luis Adan Santiago and Pamela Dean Santiago. He had made his home in Blairsville for the past twenty two years. Glen loved fishing, hunting and spending time with his children. He was a loving and caring husband, father, brother and nephew. Glen was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving Mr. Santiago are his loving companion and caregiver, Pam Perry of Blairsville, his mother, Pam Santiago, stepfather, Danny Matheson both of Blairsville, two daughters and one son in law, Chelsie and Josh Wheeler of Rydal, GA., Caitlin Santiago of Blairsville, one son, Joseph Santiago of Gainesville, GA., two stepsons, Spencer and Justin, one sister, Millie Santiago of West Palm Beach, FL., two brothers, Lucas Santiago of Brazil and Eric and Amy Figueroa of Blue Ridge, one step brother and sister in law, Tye and Jeannie Matheson of Blairsville, his aunt, Linda (Ti Ti) Pagel of Murphy, nieces and nephews, Ernie, Mariah, Arnaldo and Joelle Cardona, great nieces , Harmony and Vivianna Cardona, many other relatives and friends also survive.

services will be held on Thursday November 9, 2017 at 2:00 pm from the Mountain View Chapel. Flowers are accepted or if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to help defray expenses in Glen’s memory. The family will meet with friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 1-2:00 pm. Mountain View Funeral Home of Blairsville is in charge of the arrangements.
