Many times during my 36 years of teaching, I’ve seen the results of bullying.
I think that Representatives Jerry Nadler and Adam Schiff were severely bullied during their years in school and out and they see in President Trump the bullies at whom they were never able to strike back.
To Nadler and Schiff, President Trump has taken on the dark, overbearing, subconscious Darth Vader archetype that, until now they have been helpless to do anything about.
Now that they are in positions of considerable power, they are able get even for all those childhood hurts which they’ve projected onto President Trump — and I think that’s exactly what they’re trying to do.
Typical is that such desperation gains strength and speed and eventually becomes irrational, obsessive-compulsive cogwheeling.
This is not the first time in recorded history that people have sought revenge for childhood hurts once they’ve achieved power.
