           Mr. Gene Herman (Coach) Schultz, age 78, of Blairsville, passed away at his home, Saturday, November 23, 2019, following an extended illness. He was born February 4, 1941 in Wayside, WI to the late Harold and Bernice Janry Schultz. Mr. Schultz moved here 16 years ago from Kewaunee, WI. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and was retired from Schreiber Foods. Mr. Schultz was of the Lutheran Faith. He was an avid Packers fan.

He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Maxine Schultz of Blairsville, GA, four children, Tina Pickard of DePere, WI, Tammy (Philip) Newberry of Blue Ridge, GA, Troy Schultz of Epworth, GA, and Todd (Dawn) Schultz of Green Bay, WI, sisters, Bonnie (Gary) Paultz of Reedsville, WI, and Karen Schimek of Green Bay, WI, brothers, Scott (Linda) Schultz and Giles (Debbie) Schultz both of Reedsville, WI, nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends also survive.

There will be a visitation at the funeral home on Friday, November 29, 2019 from 3:00 until 6:00 p.m. Flowers will be accepted but if you wish make memorial donations in Mr. Schultz memory to Life Care Medical Transport, 1058C Kiutuestia Creek RD, Blairsville, GA.
