Mr. Kenneth Alan Cook age 62 of Snaggle Tooth Ridge Blairsville passed peacefully on Wednesday Feb., 10, 2016 at his home following an extended illness. Kenneth was born on Oct. 12, 1953 in Columbia, SC., the son of the late Byron E. Cook and the late Dorothy Ann Wallace. He retired as a Dental Technician where he ran his own dental lab for many years. He loved trout fishing and animals especially his two dogs. Kenneth was of the Baptist faith. Surviving Mr. Cook are three brothers and two sisters in law, Mike and Leigh Cook of Peachtree City, GA., Fred and Charlene Cook of Ft. Valley, GA and Philip Cook of Columbus, GA., several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends also survive. A memorial service will be held on Saturday Feb. 13, 2016 at 1:00 pm from the Mountain View Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Terry Stuart officiating. In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the American Diabetes Foundation in Kenneth’s memory.
