Mrs. Janeen Bell Aylor age 87 of Blairsville passed away peacefully on Friday September 2, 2016 at her home following an extended illness. Mrs. Aylor was born on Feb. 20, 1929 in Nashville, TN., the daughter of the late William Chapman Bell and the late Nigaria Lee Laeving Bell. Janeen loved keeping her home and yard in emaculate shape. She was an avid wildlife enthusiast who loved feeding and taking care of all the animals around her home. She volunteered for the handicapped and was very involved in their well being. Janeen loved her church and most of all loved her Lord and let everyone know who she met that she had been saved and was a Christian. She was always very active in her church and always was volunteering in church activities. She was preceded in death by her husband, (John) Andrew Jackson Aylor in 2005, a son, William A. Aylor, sister, Frances Bell Dennis and two brothers, Charles and Edward Bell. Mrs. Aylor was a member of the Blairsville Church of Christ.

Surviving Mrs. Aylor are one daughter, Janice E. Aylor of Covington, GA., brother in law, Francis Dennis of Powder Springs, GA., very special friends, Judy and Randy Thomas of Blairsville, Kevin Hardy of Blairsville, Judy Supinie of Blairsville, a host of her church family, many other relatives and friends also survive.

A Celebration of Janeen’s life will be held on Saturday Sept. 10, 2016 at 2:00 pm from the Blairsville Church of Christ with Minister Terry Stuart officiating. In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to the Blairsville Church of Christ in Janeen’s memory. The family will meet with friends following the service at the church. Mountain View Funeral Home of Blairsville is in charge of the arrangements.
