Mr. David Sharpe Wallace age 67 of Blairsville passed away on Tuesday December 20, 2016 at his home. Mr. Wallace was born on June 2, 1949 in Birmingham, AL., the son of the late J.E. Wallace and the late Mildred Sharpe Wallace. David co- owned and operated Adventure Outdoors for many years with his brother Jay who still runs it. He was a member of the Appalachian Shrine Club and was a member of the Masonic Lodge F&AM. He was always active in the Scottish Festival and the Senior Center. David was a huge University of Alabama fan. He was a loving father, brother and grandfather. David attended the Fellowship of the Hills Church.

Surviving Mr. Wallace are two sons and daughters in law, Matthew and Karen Naufel Wallace of Statesboro, GA., Andrew and Julie Wallace of Marietta, GA., one brother and sister in law, Jay and Cecilia Wallace of Acworth, GA., one sister, Patsy McCaine of Alabama one grandchild, Coraline Wallace, a host of fellow Shriners and Masonic Brother, many other relatives and friends also survive.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to the Appalachian Shrine Club or to the Union County Huame Society Mtn. Shelter in David’s memory.
