Blairsville Police Department has located the individual responsible. We want to thank the public for all of the help. Once again turning to the great citizens of our mountain communities has helped solve a crime!

****Public Assistance Request****
Blairsville Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the owner of this truck. It appears to be a Chevrolet 1500 series and has stickers on the back window (one of which is a “YETI” sticker).
The owner of the truck thought it would be nice to run an expensive metal fence down at a local business, that will cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars to fix. After hitting the fence and smashing it down with his truck, he backs up and drives off like nothing happened.
We here at BPD are asking for help in locating the owner of this vehicle. Please message us on Facebook with any information, or you can call the Police directly at 706-835-1692.
