Mrs. Tonya Darlene Messer age 41 of St. Cloud, FL., formerly of Blairsville passed away on Tuesday March 7, 2017 in St. Cloud, FL. following a brief illness. Mrs. Messer was born on February 3, 1976 in Dallas, GA., the daughter of Ronald Eugene Brewer and Donna Lenora Freeman Brewer. Tonya loved gardening, the beach and being outdoors. She was always known for helping others in need. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister and aunt. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Carolyn Brewer in 2009 and Doyle Brewer in 2016 and a cousin, Joshua George. Mrs. Messer attended Liberty Baptist Church.

Surviving Mrs. Messer are her parents, Ronnie and Donna Brewer of Blairsville, three sons, Keith, Michael and Bradley Brewer all of Blairsville, one brother, Eugene Brewer of Blairsville, sister, LeAnne Brewer of St. Leo, MN., grandparents, Bobby and Lenora Freeman of Centre, AL., nieces and nephews, Davida and Chris Brown, Skye Christian, James Brewer, several aunts, uncles, cousins, many other relatives and friends also survive.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday March 11, 2017 at 2:00 pm from the Mountain View Chapel with the Rev. Tommy Jones and Rev. Randolph Jones officiating. Special music will be presented by Randolph Jones. Flowers are accepted or if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to help defray expenses in Tonya’s memory. The family will meet with friends at the funeral home following the services. Mountain View Funeral Home of Blairsville is in charge of the arrangements.
