Medevac helicopter lifts off en route to Union General Hospital on Friday afternoon.
A major two-car collision occurred on Friday afternoon, April 21, 2017 at approximately 5:40 p.m. Several people were riding in the vehicles; all were taken to Union General Hospital, one was air lifted from the scene. It is not known whether the victim who was air lifted survived. All traffic in both directions was halted on Hwy 515 for about 45 minutes.
