Mr. Mitchell Erwin Cable age 60 of Young Harris passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday July 19, 2017 following an extended illness. Mr. Cable was born on Nov. 17, 1956 in Pontiac, MI., the son of Lucille Cable and the late Kenneth Cable. Mitchell was a Auto Body Repairman by trade. He was a loving son, father, brother and uncle. Mitchell was of the Christian faith.

Surviving Mitchell are his mother, Lucille Cable of Young Harris, one daughter, Teddy Rae Martin of Florida, one son, T.J. Chastain of Ga., one sister, Cindy Cable Denmark of Young Harris, one brother, Michael Cable of Atlanta, two nephews, Dalton and Dawson Denmark both of Young Harris, many other relatives and friends also survive.

A memorial service will be held at a later date and will be announced. In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to help defray expenses in Mitchell’s memory.
