Mrs. Rhonda Gayle Eason age 63 of Murphy Hwy Blairsville formerly of Union City, GA. passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on Sunday July 23, 2017 following an extended illness. Mrs. Eason was born on Oct. 16, 1953 in Douglasville, GA., the daughter of the late William Ford Eason and the late Mattie Parsod Eason. Rhonda was a loving mother, grandmother and aunt. She had worked for Coca Cola for many years before retiring to Blairsville. Rhonda was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving Mrs. Eason are one son, Brian Williams of Blairsville, one grandson, Cole Williams of Blairsville, nephew, Kenny Seals of Putnam County, GA., her best canine companion, Taco, many other relatives and friends also survive.

A memorial service will be held at a later date and will be announced. In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to the Union County Humane Society Mountain Shelter in Rhonda’s memory.
