Obituaries

Bonnie Gayle Champion  age 89 passed away after a brief illness on August 21, 2017 with her loving family by her side. She was of the Baptist faith. She gave us strength and you couldn’t find a strong person. She was such an amazing woman and was loved by all who had the privilege to know her and was a dear friend to all. She loved flowers, gardening, and loved reading and writing poems. She shared her love for cooking with anyone in need. She never met a stranger, nor did anyone forget meeting her. Our Bonnie made a splash when she entered a room with her witty and humorous self. Her family and friends are very saddened by her loss but her memories and stories will live on and we will carry her in our hearts forever. So now Bonnie rest in peace, you’ve earned your sleep.
