Mr. Brian Dale Hooper, age 40, of Blairsville, GA passed away on Friday, September 15, 2017 at his home. Brian was born on December 6, 1976 in Blairsville, GA the son of Dale Ray Hooper and Wanda Sullivan Hooper. Brian was a lifelong resident of Blairsville. Brian enjoyed riding motorcycles, hunting and fishing, and he most enjoyed spending time with his boys. Mr. Hooper was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving Mr. Hooper are his wife, Jennifer Hooper, of Blairsville, GA, sons Braeden Hooper, Braxton Hooper, and Kason Hooper, of Blairsville, GA, parents Wanda and Dale Hooper of Blairsville, GA, sister Rhonda Hill of Blairsville, GA, brother and sister-in-law Brent and Melissa Hooper of Woodstock, GA, brother Kyle Hooper of TN, grandmother Genelle Sullivan of Blairsville, GA, and many other relatives and friends also survive.

A funeral service for Mr. Hooper will be held on Monday, September 18, 2017 at 2:00PM at the Union Baptist Church with Rev. Tommy Hunt , Rev. Shep Calhoun and Rev. Benny Nix officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Earl Sullivan, Blake Melton, Brian Ledford, Steven Stover, Taylor Smith, and Rick Davenport. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Jason Henson, Aaron Abercrombie, Darren Rowan, Tony Lee, Mikey Stroud, Jacob Grizzle and Todd Christenson . Special Music will be provided by the Choir of the Union Baptist Church. Interment will follow at the Union Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 17, 2017 between 6:00PM and 8:00PM at the funeral home.
