Cochran Funeral Home and Crematory of Blairsville announces memorial services for Mr. Charles Thomas Wilson, age 69, of Blairsville, who passed away on Monday, November 13, 2017 at his home.

Mr. Wilson had served as a Major in the U.S. Army, and a native of Gulfport, Mississippi. He had been preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Edna Wilson.

Family members left to treasure the memory of their husband, dad, and grandfather are: his wife, Marjorie Ann Wilson; three children: Kelly Wilson, Jennifer Wilson Piner, and husband Corey; Stephanie Wilson Horne and husband Justin; two brothers and their wives: Herbert Wayne and Sabra Wilson, and Dr. James and Roxanne Wilson; seven grandchildren: Riley, Robert, Ryan, Cody, Emily, Isabella, and Taylor; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Memorial services are scheduled for Friday, November 17, 2017, to be held at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Cochran Funeral Home and Crematory in Blairsville, with Rev. Tony Black officiating.

The family has requested that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the local DAV or American Legion.
