Mrs. Flora Jo Dixon age 58 of Wilson St. Blue Ridge formerly of Blairsville passed away on Wednesday May 2, 2018 at her home following an extended illness. Mrs. Dixon was born on June 7, 1959 in Milwaukee, WI., the daughter of the late Tiny Stone. Flora was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She always enjoyed working and hardly ever missed a day. Flora was of the Protestant faith.

Surviving Mrs. Dixon are her loving husband of thirty five years, Robert Dixon Sr.,  two sons and one daughter in law, Robert and Patricia Dixon of Blairsville, Chad Dixon of Blue Ridge, two daughters, Kristina Dixon of Murphy, Angela Dixon of Blue Ridge, ten grandchildren, many other relatives and friends also survive.

Visitation for Mrs. Dixon will be held on Saturday evening, May 5, 2018 from 6-9:00 pm at the Mountain View Funeral Home. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to help defray expenses in Mrs. Dixon’s memory.
