January 21, 1952 – December 16, 2018

Mr. Thomas Pennington Carter Jr. age 66 of Buford Drive, Young Harris, Ga. passed away peacefully on December 16, 2018 at his home. Thomas was a retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant with over 20 years of service to his country.

Surviving Mr. Carter are his loving wife, Elizabeth Carter and a large number of family and friends.

A funeral service for Mr. Carter will be held on January 10, 2019 at the Georgia National Cemetery at 1:00 pm with Military Honors by the US Amry.
