David Anthony Reusing

Mr. David Anthony Reusing age 64 of Eagle Drive Blairsville passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on Tuesday March 5, 2019 in the North East GA Medical Center following a brief illness. Mr. Reusing was born on December 14, 1954 in Bellevue, KY., the son of the late Leonard Reusing and the late Jane Steinmetz Reusing. David was a veteran of the US Navy of the Vietnam War where he served on the Midway Aircraft Carrier. He retired from Kroger after over thirty years of service. At the time of his death he was employed with Ingles. David was an animal enthusiast and loved all animals. He was co-owner of Essence of Rose in Blairsville where he served as Graphic Designer, Marketing Strategist and Display Engineer. He was a loving and caring husband, father, brother and grandfather. David was of the Catholic faith.

Surviving Mr. Reusing are his loving wife and best friend, Glenna Kinman Rose of Blairsville, five children, Daniele, Lesley, Hillarey and Kelly all of Kentucky and Richard of Tennessee, one brother, Terry Reusing of KY., twelve grandchildren, many other relatives and friends also survive.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Kentucky. In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to the Union County Humane Society Mountain Shelter in David’s memory.
