Fake news is calculated to spark outrage, change a narrative or alter our focus from a major issue to a non issue. It is a favorite tool of Leftist politicians, but yielded best by the Left-wing media, and always used against those who dissent from Progressive orthodoxy.

Paramount among them is to slather anyone who disagrees with them or their their indefensible ideas, as Hitler, or Hitler like or some form of Hitlerism intending, of course to invoke the memories of modern history’s most evil man, Adolph Hitler, aka: der Fuehrer.

I have received one or two such responses to my little essays in the past, some remarking that “I would have done Hitler proud.” Well, that simply won’t do, for many reasons. I don’t speak German. I’m a constitutional conservative, not a fascist. I don’t support ideas of National Socialism, including National Health. I don’t support the creation of private shock troops within America, I hate attending mass propaganda rallies, illuminated by torches or marching in circles around bonfires singing an anthem dedicated to a dead low IQ thug. The last uniform I gladly wore was my police uniform, before that the US Army’s and before that, the Boy Scouts. Since then, I avoid the idea of me wearing a uniform and, I don’t drink that much beer either.

But disagree with the Left, and one suddenly becomes worse than Hitler, excoriated on Face book and Twitter, confronted by screaming rioters totally unaware of the politics they are defending and, of course, subtly by the use of the email.

Now why, one could ask, isn’t Joseph Stalin held up as a pejorative name? As a better example of ruthlessness, he purposely killed more of his own Russian people than Hitler ever did. So did China’s Mao Tse Tung for that matter. The main reason is that Herr Hitler had far better media coverage and he craved it. The media were all on his side, where it counted, and the fake news of propaganda created out of Der Fuehrer, a Teutonic hero Knight of pure Germanic stock who would return Germany to its vaunted Teutonic, Wagnerian glory,…. that sort of thing.

Bill Clinton was never called a Hitler. The media watched him, didn’t speak ill of him but, didn’t expose him as a rapist or serial sexual predator either. There is another slight difference, Hitler, in losing his war, had the decency to shoot himself. Impeached Bill Clinton, having no shame, still walks among us enchanting women with his “ah shucks” smile.

The drooling media never ever suggested that Obama might have displayed some Hitlerian tendencies. Obama worked hard, like a good bureaucrat should, to create a fascist government for America, but he personally lacked the skills necessary to utilize the massive power he had in his hands to make it happen. He had a “phone and a pen,” feared making decisions, and hoped the people energized to do it for him once he set the bureaucratic wheels in motion. No dirt on that fellows hands. He drew a red line. It had to have been of lipstick. It took a real leader, after several years waiting, just to enforce a previous American presidents Red Line threat.

Sean Spicer made a ‘faux pas’ when he said “even Hitler didn’t use chemical weapons,” but failed to add, “on the battlefield.” The Left press went nuts again. “How shocking, how awful, Spicer has to go, he must resign or be fired,” etc., etc., & etc. Democrats are shameless. Even the Grand Dame of mediocrity, Nancy Pelosi, opined about how awful Spicer was. Spicer’s error was not thinking it through before he spoke. Pelosi’s error is that she’s never thinks at all but reacts instinctively. How many faux pas’s has she made in her years in politics. Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Trump attacked Syria because of Assad’s use of chemical weapons in contravention of UN agreements outlawing such use. Syria is a Russian client state. Russia sits on the UN Security Council. The UN Security Council did nothing! Remember when Obama brazenly drew his red line in the sand, then did nothing? Well, that’s not really true. He did do something. He left the door wide open for terrorists, tinpot dictators like Assad and Kim Jung Un, to assume it was okay to do what they wanted because Americas was too weak or indifferent to respond.

Then came Donald Trump. No hesitation, no hand wringing consensus by committee, just the necessary decision to point out to Syria that there is indeed a UN Convention against the use of chemical weapons. Nothing more! And half the world went nuts. The President now yields another big stick (for poking wasp nests) by sending a Carrier Strike Group into the waters surrounding the Korea’s and suddenly, Kim has gone to ground, either hiding in his bunker or enjoying a cultural respite in Manchuria. He could even be on holiday in Hawaii for all that. It wants to be a sanctuary state.

It took two full days for a startled Russia and a bellicose Iran, to issue a public response that threatened our well being if we dared an attack like that again. Iran say’s it has this remarkably efficient army, now earning their battle credentials in Syria, that stands ready to repel America,  the “Great Satan.” Senator Rand Paul said: “As horrific as those attacks were, and as heart-rending as the pictures and the atrocity and the children dying are, I don’t believe that there was a national security interest of the United States.” He’s correct up to a point, that point being Syria’s illegal use of chemical weapons, nothing more! Sen. Paul wants a debate first before launching any such attacks. Problem with that is, events move too fast for slow deliberation by a congressional committee to be effective. Besides, inefficient and incompetent as it is, government can’t really be trusted to do what’s right, when it’s needed. Sen. John McCain would already have us involved in a full scale, boots on the ground, bloody war by now, if he had his way. Clearly, Trump is not going to take a lot of crap off other Arab dictators either. Trump doesn’t care if they kill themselves wholesale, just don’t use chemical weapons to do it.

We may actually see an increase of Iranian attacks, either actual or inspired, in the Persian Gulf theater to show us who’s boss over there, but Iran hasn’t sallied forth any viable surface combat ships yet to show their flag, only a flotilla of small PT boats that C-Whiz Phalanx Gatling guns can quickly turn into splinters. They claim they have a potent submarine force. If its still in the Persian Gulf, it will stay there because the Straits of Hormuz is as deadly bottle neck for ‘em as it is for us.

Turning to North Korea, Kim Jung Un hasn’t threaten with a vast chemical weapons inventory, though he doubtless has them. Remember the assassination of his brother in Kuala Lumpur? Kim just prefers thermonuclear devices for the shock and awe effect, if the can deliver them.

Trump has their measure. He reads people like a deck of cards, understands their motives and, so far as I can tell, anticipate their movements. Trump has honed effective strategies for defeating his opponents developed over years of business negotiations. There is nothing sacrosanct about running a government different from running a business except governments don’t have to turn a profit. They’re still run by people and people will negotiate. Governments just spend until the money runs out, then vote themselves more while refilling their coffers by theft through taxation. Let’s stay with Trump. We’re moving in the right direction al last.

Yesterday, I expounded upon the problem of leadership, or lack of it, demonstrated by United Airlines. By no means does United stand alone in its failings of leadership. Our ability as a nation to make righteous decisions, or bad ones, comes after decades of progressivism that has denied Americans the right to think for themselves and do what’s right, but do only what feels good and what the rule book allows.

The United Airlines incident reveals exactly the same degree of time warped decision making that allowed the government of Bill Clinton to drag a screaming, fearful little Cuban boy, Julian Gonzales, at gun point, out of the closet of a relatives happy home in Miami, Florida, to be forcibly returned to a despotic communist regime for a proper readjustment of his values. It’s what makes fools like Obama think that by opening doors to that failed communist state, America will be the better for it. It’s why “Rules of Engagement” for our military have been so restricted that the numbers of our killed and maimed soldiers has risen so highly. They can’t attack and kill the enemy lest the enemy should be offended. “War is hell!” but not for them.

What was the point in both United’s forcible removal, and Clinton’s Gonzales cases? It is the same level of leadership that operates in that liberal/progressive/fascist climate of management that ignores the rule of law, abandons the rule of common sense and forsakes the rules of good manners. For United, it could not have been for the bottom line, could it? Was it a power play? No, it was inviolable, pre-ordained policy. What was Bill Clinton’s reason? He blamed Janet Reno. He couldn’t make a righteous on the spot decision. Neither could United. It’s a mind set!

Progressive-Socialists always mean well regardless of the unintended consequences of their actions. As they only intend the best for their customer(s), employees or the general public, they should, naturally, be forgiven. Schedules have to be maintained, crews returned to their home bases, and rules obeyed, that sort of thing. It’s what Progressives do. It’s how they live, work and operate. It’s how they’ve screwed up America. It’s polite evil!

Another example, “Gun free zones!” Only a rabid do good’er could possibly think up such idiotic nonsense. Zero tolerance rules and “gun free zones,” have left the streets of our cities, the floors of our classrooms, and the crowded dance halls of night clubs littered with the dead and bleeding bodies of innocent people because Progressivism demands an environment of “zero tolerance.”  Where does most of America’s gun violence occurred? In Zero Tolerance gun free zones. The whole city of Chicago is a gun free zone and the death count there, by guns alone, is absolutely staggering. Their decision, ban guns not shooters.

For most Americans, the biggest offenders are the bureaucracies’ of the Federal Government, the IRS, EPA, USDA, BLM & etc. who use their own little made up rules as clubs against citizens simply trying to earn a decent living. For example, Obama’s health care rules demanded all citizens, except Congressmen, enroll in his wealth redistribution plan or pay a financial penalty. EPA steals a ranchers inalienable right to use his property because, the EPA say’s, such use could adversely affect a tiny fish a thousand miles down stream. We can all recite similar atrocities from our own experience, United Airlines simply revealed them.

America is under new leadership. Until Trump, there was no evidence of positive leadership at any level, corporate or government, only the rule book. People were afraid to make decisions. The inviolable rules of engagements, the pre-ordained mind-set, has neutered Americans. Screw up and blame the rule book. Beat up somebody and blame the victim. That’s how it is!

How in the world does a huge corporation, like United Airlines, faced with eager competitors engaged in the sole business of public transportation, believe it somehow has the inalienable right to club some fellow over the head, who bought their product, and drag his bloody body, inchoate and screaming, out of the seat he just purchased and down the aisle with dozens of onlookers, with iPhones I might add, as witnesses, and think they are doing a good deed? It has nothing to do with leadership because their is no leadership, just a manager with a rule book!

Good intentions are the opiate of the Progressive/Socialist class empowered by a pre-developed mind-set that does not allow for individual reasoning, decision making or accepting responsibility for mistakes. All responsibility now lies in “books of rules,” tomes of ‘one size fits all’ command and control, relegating no authority to anyone to say “Stop it already, enough is enough!”

As far as United Airline’s problem is concerned, hundreds of cheaper and understandable  remedies have already been posited on the social media sites so I’ll not add my views here, but, I’d  rather focus on why leadership has failed. It’s an easy study; we have failed because we have over burdened ourselves with rules, thousands of rules, books of rules, and have given the power to enforce those rules to people who apparently have little or no understanding into the constitutional reasons why those thousands of rules are generally archaic, invalid, and legally unenforceable, but are enforced anyway. It’s a subject that is rarely ever discussed. Where has American leadership gone awry? Where are the examples of the leadership that was once Americas? There are none. Progressivism has seen to  that.

Hopefully, not too many public companies, like United Airlines, entertain clumsy business models that permits the clubbing of customers. But, as they are corporate entities that follow unbendable rules, they will pay the penalty in lost ridership, rotten PR and declining stock rvalues, and worse, possible bankruptcy, throwing hundreds of employees onto the dole.

For companies like United, apologies from top managers,”we re-accommodated him” are laughable and meaningless. Unless corporate structures change to the point that any employee, at any grade, is empowered to fearlessly call a halt to such stupidity when they see it, the carnage will continue. That’s the problem with strict adherence to rule books. There is no wiggle room so, blame the rule book.

In the United Airlines case, any member of the cabin crew should have had the authority, right then and there, to stop the assault and battery on a customer when other remedies were so easily available. The unhappy lesson of a mind-set that draws its actions from an inflexible rule book, that denies authority to employees to make spot decisions, is soon to be realized by the coming massive lawsuit, and will hasten a reevaluation of the unintended consequences of strict management by the no tolerance book of rules. Stupidity always accompanies indecision. When the lack of making an apparently simple decision is denied to the very employees who could have stopped it, then “stupidity” becomes the norm.

Last question. Who thought it was important enough to call the Airport Police to physically remove the customer from his paid seat? As a result of such stupid thinking, there are now, additionally, three police officers on the dock for taking action that was not not theirs to take, by enforcing some idiotic rule of a private corporations decisions to ruin their public relations. The good news is that United has apparently decided not to club their passengers any more.

If you know where to look, it’s not really necessary anymore to read between the lines to find the disjunction points and know where America is headed. If you don’t know where to look, then allow me to offer just a couple of recent examples for you.

1) Headline, April 1, 2017: Montana Democrats Vote Against Bill Banning Sharia Law, Call It ‘Repugnant.’ Now, why would Montana Democrats want that, because they love Islam? To continue the article: “Democrats in Montana have opposed a bill banning the use of foreign law in its state courts on the grounds that such legislation would target Muslims.” For God’s sake I’d hope so! When will Americans come to realize that Islam and Western Democracy are totally and completely incompatible? Democrats too! When it’s too late?

 “Senate Bill 97, introduced by Keith Regier (R-Kalispell) bans the application of foreign law in Montana’s courts, with the debate particularly focused on Sharia Law, a form of Islamic law typically used in the Middle East. (Breitbart). Although the bill passed on party lines 56-44, Democrats claimed it was designed to target Muslim communities.” Well, yes it was! Say it!

Apparently Democrats no longer fear revealing their true nature, they come right out and tells us they’re unAmerican to the core and would prefer to enjoy living under the benefits of Shariah Law instead of the protections of our Constitution. May I remind you that Islam is the religion of terror complete with beheadings, shootings, stoning, and burning to death of apostates, infidels, women and anybody else who doesn’t submit to their despotic beliefs.

2) Headline, April 1, 2017: [Democrat Mayor] “Rahm Emanuel Invents New ID (card) to Ensure Illegals Get Their Welfare.” One wonders what happens to the ID cards of illegal welfare recipients who get gunned down daily in Chicago’s South Side? “Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel has moved forward with plans for a Chicago-only identification card specifically designed to ensure illegal aliens in the city can receive welfare benefits with minimal risk of repatriation.”  Well, there you have it. For some clarity, I recommend referring back to my essay dated  23 March 2017 which reveals the absurd cost of supporting illegal invaders. Facts and figures reveal all. Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel looks at his ID cards as a wonderful gift to illegal invaders. By doing so he has ushered in another way to die in Chicago beyond freezing to death or multiple gunshot wounds, Death by disease because he ignores the gifts they will bring us: TB, Hepatitis, AIDS virus, & etc. not to mention crime and Shariah Law in many instances.

 I think it’s going to be instructive watching the Progressives ‘sanctuary cities’ across America dissolve into chaos after the next Federal budget goes into effect. Democrats will of course, as they always do, turn to their stable of Harry Reid anointed federal judges to thwart Trumps plans to Make America Great Again with their judgements and rulings calling the administrations efforts unconstitutional. It is here that the Administration should simply ignore the courts because the Constitution gives them no authority to make laws, levy taxes or spend public resources. Only the Congress can do that. Budgets for Federal courts can be reduced too. That’s when the real leftists screaming will begin. That would be goring their ox.

America cannot survive if the thought processes revealed above are allowed to go into effect without challenge. We are in a tight race here for the soul of humanity. It is not found in Shariah. Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ‘em! (01April 17)

America’s political atmosphere has suddenly become a bit less combustible since Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell invoked Harry Reid’s nuclear option choking off the filibuster. Now, on reflection, I expect that Senators may return to being statesmen again and not obstructionists by using the only tool available for obstructionists, the filibuster.

Oh, they still hate conservatism but they’re powerless to make any changes. The Democrat party is defeated, they just haven’t accepted it yet. The worst of the problem is that the GOP doesn’t know how to lead and are just beginning to realize they are actually in charge.

Individual Republicans try to act for themselves until such time they get co-opted by the forces of Big Government. They march not to a different drummer, but each to their own drummer, a cacophony of drumbeats, each with their own ideas, squabbling in disagreement on the pettiest of issues, while the organized, machine like Democrats manipulate them into confusion and disarray. The Democrats just got comfortable and that made them lazy and careless.

It was the organized tea party’s supporting constitutional thinking candidates that started the change in the Republican party. The organized Freedom Caucus is proof of that. The GOP’s leadership, instead of working to keep Democrats happy so “we can all get along,” must now contend with a raucous caucus that is changing the course of their ship of state and, they don’t like it. Then along came Trump, not a Republican and certainly not a Socialist (democrat) making changes in the party’s name whether they like it or not. It’s the New Age Republican Party and it’s Trumps party now. His enemies are lined up to get ‘em.

Trumps trick is that he moves so fast, like the Roadrunner, (beep-beep) that nobody can fire up his programs and start the combustion they so dearly desire. Whoosh, and he’s gone on to the next project. Chuck Schumer recognizes that. Notice how he has now sounding a bit conciliatory? Forget the nominations process, it’s over. He agreed with President Trumps lobbing of cruise missiles onto the Syrian Airfield, and is actually making overtures to try to stem the death knell of his beloved Obamacare. I think he really sees salvation in Trump’s presidency if they stop rattling his cage. Trump’s a doer. He completes projects, he knows how much it’s going to cost and where to cut wasted spending. He don’t mind sharing the credit either.

Campaign wise, The Democrats are coming on very noisily. In the race for Georgia’s 6th House Dist. the Democrat candidate, a youthful inexperienced, clownish figure, has $8.4 million dollars and it didn’t come from 6th Dist. Democrat donor’s because within the Democrat party there lurks their real enemy, the killer elites, the New Age Democrat Party of the Bernie Sanders faction. They are dedicated socialists. They will be coming on very strongly and very soon. They hate the Clinton’s and the DNC who suckered Bernie Sanders into what appeared to be a fair contest for the nomination when the game was rigged all along. They will be setting the democrat agenda afire in the next year or two.

And, here all along, we thought the Democrat Party was a solid socialist party in the old soviet mold. We ain’t seen nothing yet. Bernie’s battalions will soon be organized and hitting the streets. They will do to the old age Democrat party what the Tea Party has done to the old age Republicans, snatch away their reason to exist. Ron Paul had a near similar success with his dedicated Libertarians but they fell short because they still pretended to be Republicans with a bitch and nobody likes bitchers.  Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Incidental collection, in other words, intercepting other peoples cyber communications, cell phones and internet messaging, is both a blessing and a curse, for the sender, the receiver and the interceptor. Today, it’s big business, both for government searching for crimes, and commercial services looking to sell products. Sometimes they overlap.

A person’s Internet search for specific products are electronically identified, stored and acted upon using essentially the same software technology the government uses to select whose communications is going to be recorded, with or without a warrant, for some specific use in the future, often as evidence in a criminal proceeding. Knowing what our enemy’s intentions are is paramount to protecting our country. They do it as well. Everybody does using high tech intelligence collection platforms to protect the security of their nations, their own secrets and intentions. A business does it to increase sales and profits and government does it to effect a political change or punish people. It’s all a tawdry business, but it’s not going to be stopped.

Once upon a time,1929 in fact, the precursor of the current NSA, was then called the “Star Chamber or Black Chamber.” It was an Army Signal Corp. Cryptologic unit intercepting communications between foreign ambassadors in DC to their home countries. Secretary of State Henry L. Stimson was “shocked, shocked,” that the government was intercepting communications and stopped the State Departments support for the Black Chamber, effectively closing it down. He gave as his reason that “Gentlemen do not read each other’s mail.” During WW2, Stimson became Secretary of War and completely reconciled his closing of the Black Chamber by enthusiastically encouraging  the growth of military codebreaking.

Unlike the old days of mail interception, which included “mail covers,” i.e.: simply recording the to and from addresses on letters in the postal system, not requiring a 4th amendment warrant, to actually opening a letter surreptitiously, requiring a warrant, in comparison, today’s collections methods center on use of certain words that automatically activate the computers recording of the message. This is a broad spectrum sweep of the ether collecting incidental information as it hits antennas and reflectors and, includes radio, satellite and short-wave transmissions.

Other sophisticated collection methods focuses on microwave and WiFi emissions, of specific cell phone numbers assigned to specific phone bands, i.e.: foreign Ambassador(s) for example.

When the legal protections covering these methods are usurped by a desperate President, or his henchmen, then crimes of the highest order have been committed especially when the intent is to destroy a political opponent. It is here where “incidental collections” become an excuse for abandoning 4th amendment protections as accidental or as denial plausibility. These possible contacts have been recognized as probabilities in the collection arena and Congress has enacted laws, under the 4th amendment, and FISA laws, to protect the people identified by such interceptions. Revealing the names of Americans identified by such incidental collections constitutes a felony and, if ignored, constitutes another serious crack in the Constitutional foundation of the rule of law. It also destroys trust in our government.

The Left promotes and protects these exposures as long as it works in their favor. Imagine the agonizing screams from Schumer, Pelosi and John Lewis, were Obama to be indited for his part in authorizing such interceptions. It’s getting close but don’t count on it. Protect yourselves, they are out to get you! Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ‘em! (25Mar17)

We have not as yet witnessed a rise of defenestration within the ranks of the distraught, silly Progressives still fuming over Hillary Clinton’s loss to that abominable Donald Trump. We will watch and report. The evidence will mount when the streets and sidewalks of college and universities fill with the lifeless, limp bodies of the lost generation who can’t take it any more, unable to comprehend America’s sharp right turn into Constitutionalism. So be it! That’s in the near future but, whatever happens, it will still be Trumps fault. Except success of course.

Unfortunately, Obama kept our economic disaster ball rolling, in fact he gave it an extra kick so that no matter what he does, can do, will want to do, Trump will be unable to stop the country’s rapid descent into financial chaos. The chickens will come home to roost. They are not Trumps.

Among the current problems facing the GOP, apart from the coming world financial collapse, is the immediate removal of the Progressives biggest tax, Obamacare. The economic future of America demands it. The Democrats are desperate that their Progressive plan for Americas future, that hinged on a single payer health care plan like Britain’s NHS, is in serious danger of going away. Once it does, they will never, in our lifetime, have another shot at the prize.

But, as an act of political warfare the GOP, predictably, formed up their usual circular firing squad and introduced a completely unsatisfactory replacement plan, one encased in the mist of verbal nonsense about America’s health care future. Correctly, they were challenged by the Conservative Freedom Caucus, who insisted Obamacare “repeal” had to be the first act.

This idiocy could have been easily avoided, especially the unfortunate consequences of the media’s scrutiny that always accompanies the GOP’s screw-ups, leaving the field free for the Democrats to enter. The Democrats are almost dead and yet they are allowed to set the narrative. Obviously the House leadership, incapable of shearing away from the money supplied elitism to which they have long been addicted, simply had to reintroduce the GOP’s 2015 bill that Obama vetoed. Trump would have signed it. That’s what he wants, a bill to sign.

Wounded and bleeding as they are, Democrats are still the aggressor and in politics, the aggressors almost always win. Why? Because the GOP sits and waits for the next blow instead of going on the attack themselves. They don’t know how to attack. If Mitch McConnell invokes the “nuclear option,” on the Gorsuch nomination, that is going on the attack! The Democrats are near apoplectic in fear that that’s actually what’s actually going to happen to them. They’ve about shot their last bolt. Chuckie Schumer has no more bolts. His talk is now only bravado.

Politics survive in the murky swamp of fear and hope. Obama was a master at invoking those concepts, invoking fear by scaring those dependent on government while dividing the races. It is no surprise that these disparate elements are having a hard time coming to grips with the divisions of the political winners, the Republican party. It’s a matter of perception, isn’t it?. Trump is not a Republican. He is not a Democrat either, but a businessman who knows the glories of an economically vibrant America. That’s where I want to go but we will never get there if we still cling to the hope that our future lies on dependence on government.

There is no comity now, between Americas political parties. There cannot be if one party remains unAmerican, trying to impose a Marxist society on freedom loving Americans who hate being robbed by government and worse, being told what to do by bureaucrats.

The debate on who actually broke their promise, the Republican leadership representing big government, world banking and lobbying interests that have made a living off the tax payers for the past several decades, or the conservative freedom caucus? House Speaker Paul Ryan, champion of the status quo, supposedly acting for the President, is responsible for the debacle we just witnessed on the GOP’s failure to repeal Obamacare. Let’s just say they stumbled. Trump wanted to get a bill on his desk so, in a sign of unity, he supported Ryan’s bill (not Tom Prices) and the Freedom caucus did exactly what they promised. They walked away.

It is a fact that Ryan’s AHCA was an “amendment” and not a repeal and replace bill. Selected parts of Obamacare were targeted for repeal to be replaced by Insurance Companies who clearly had a hand in writing Ryan’s bill following, as they did, the Democrat example of not allowing anyone (Republican legislatures) to see it before it was rolled out with all the hoopla that accompanied it. I wonders it wasn’t a repeal bill at all, just a gimmick to fool us.

I wrote in a recent essay that the GOP hadn’t realized that the voters, while dumping the Socialist programs the Democrats were foisting on America, also sent a strong signal to Republicans that their ideas were rejected as well. Clearly they didn’t get the message.

One must ask why Ryan did not include the House Freedom Caucus in the original work up of his AHCA bill instead of keeping it secret like the Democrats did with their Obamacare? That immediately screams chicanery and underhanded plotting to fool the base. It was!

Conservatives, not pleased over the direction Ryan and the House leadership was going, demanded the AHCA bill be ignored as it was not a market-based ‘repeal and replace’ bill as they promised. It is unimaginable that Ryan would attempt to foist that on Americans who overwhelmingly voted for repeal. Was he hoping perhaps, we would not notice so long as there was the impression that a repeal was actually proceeding? It is equally intolerable that the Republicans now believe they can postpone repealing Obamacare and move on to tax reform. They cannot. Obamacare is a tax, a 14% of the economy’s wealth redistribution thru taxation and it needs to be removed, right now if the Republicans hope to survive next the election.

Their hangup of course, is entitlements. Karl Marx was wrong. Religion is not the opiate of the working class, entitlements are and until that process of free stuff for everyone is broken (don’t count on it), politicians will forever continue to have total control over our economy, our lives, our property and our futures. Constitutionalists need not apply.

The main sticking point, they claim, is the folks with pre-existing health issues not being insurable but that’s the nature of life, isn’t it? The answer screams not for more spending on them because it’s unaffordable, but attacking the problems that created the pre-existing issues in the first place. Too many pre-existing health problems are related to unfortunate, individual life style choices. Why must taxpayers bear the burden of their folly? Other programs exist for that and they’re not in the federal government realm of responsibility.

Right now, the status of the GOP on healthcare reform is a broken promise, an outrageous snub to the free market and main-street conservatism. Big government is apparently still in charge. The welfare subsidization of America with unaffordable health plans paid for by outraged citizens will apparently continue. This is unacceptable and it cannot last.

If the plan now is that Obamacare will repeal itself when it melts down, then, why do we need Republican legislators at all?  The greed that infects all government programs needs to be regulated, along with competition, to restore US leadership and excellence in the industry.

Why is tolerance never asked of Islamic supremacists who take to the streets of western nations  and proclaim the ultimate victory of Islam for Allah, declare “death to the Infidels,” and claim responsibility for any attack that occurs on western streets? Why are the only people ever accused of intolerance, islamophobia, racism and hate, those who try to warn us about the true nature and magnitude of the jihad threat? On whose authority is “hate” considered a crime?

On the London-Westminster attack by a confirmed Jihadist, four people have been confirmed dead including one Metropolitan police officer, as well as the attacker, shot dead by a Minister of Defense security officer. Twenty-nine innocent civilians were injured, mowed down as they trod the streets of London. This deadly attack was carried out with the simplest of tools, a rented automobile and a kitchen knife. Are these implements soon to be banned for public use?

Britain’s Home Secretary Amber Rudd, in a display of complete jingoistic cowardice, called the attack, one on “our shared values” and, defiantly said “they would never be destroyed.”  Just what, one wonders, does she mean by shared values? There are no shared values with Islam.

Her comments are a liberalistic denial of the truth, a repudiation of common sense that proves the lie of Liberal thinking that believes the West can easily absorb any and all manner of outlandish, violent, stupid, third world causes, laws, and religions without experiencing the unintended consequences of the destruction of western culture. Worse, Libs don’t accept that the West is in a war with Islam. Islam is in a war with the West, they asked for it, they praise it, they call for their followers to rise up and strike the Infidel wherever they can, all for Allah.

Rudd was in Lahore, Pakistan when the attack occurred. She said: We do not yet know the full impact of this terrible incident (Yes we do!), But I know that the whole country will be thinking and praying for those who are affected as I am. I want to thank the emergency services for the quick response and pay tribute to their bravery their courage and their professionalism.” The traditional sop to law enforcement and ambulance services. So, nothing will change!

The rest of her comments were public pablum, full of nonsense and half truths, “the Government’s top priority is the security of the people (is it?) and I urge everyone to remain calm but to be vigilant and if they see anything they are concerned about they should report it to the police. We have the best police, the best security services in the world and we must make sure that we let them get on with doing their job. The British people will be united in working together to defeat those who would harm our shared values. There’s that shared values nonsense again! Values of democracy, tolerance and the rule of law (Sharia Law?).Values symbolized by the Houses of Parliament. Values that will never be destroyed. Well, there’s that word ‘values’ yet again, as well as democracy, tolerance and rule of law nonsense.

These statements are designed to lull the British people to keep their anger at a low boil, unresponsive to the next Islamic carnage. The British government is not prepared for the possible rise up of the people. Jihadists are sneaking arms into Britain; should not the English, Welsh and Scots as well? How much more are the native peoples of Great Britain going to take before they realize the error of their politicians immigration policies and protect themselves?  How is toleration of the unacceptable the right way to protect society? Do we really believe any more that we can continue to feed the crocodile without being eaten ourselves? No!  Arm yourselves, take lessons and get prepared. They are coming to get you.

What is the new democracy? We know it when we see it and we see it every day. It’s been around for about four decades and it’s ugly but we’ve gotten used to it.. We’ve been conned over the years to accept that our government is a democracy, not a republic, but Nov. 8th’s election (electoral votes over popular votes) put a brutal end to that misconception.

Subsequently, millions of liberals, mostly concentrated in America’s great population cesspools of liberal think on the east and west coasts, were never taught the truth, and when the truth came out and exploded in their faces, they went into a berserk driven meltdown, a condition from which they have not yet recovered. Included among the snowflakes that visibly comprise the distraught Liberal thinkers are the anarchists, the George Soros “Open Society” adherents (who are really fascists), and other loser social groups (BLM) dependent on the Liberalism of Obama and Hillary for their salvation. Salvation means a reason to exist.

The Democrat party embraces the New Democracy with their whole body and soul, as a religion. They try to sound moderate but occasionally reveal their hidden intents publicly such as the remarkable statement made by the intellectual nimrod from Calif., Sen. Diane Feinstein, when she rendered her opinion on the selection of Associate Supreme Court Justice nominee, Neil Gorsuch. She said that she finds “Gorsuch’s opinion on the Constitution troubling!”

Troubling?  Should we not be troubled by her thinking instead?

New Democracy adherents speak out for majority rule, not Constitutional rule, because without it their concepts, and the power that drives them, would cease to exist. Feinstein, and her ilk, truly believe the majority of Americans would still be happier under Socialism. Well, no, they wouldn’t!  The elections of 2012, 2014 and 2016 proved that.  Go away!

Basic elements of the New Democracy, are political correctness, a perversion of the protections afforded by the1st Amendment, enforced by thought police. Opposition to the 2nd Amendment, the one that allows Americans to defend themselves, a definite negative for the New Democracy thinkers; multiculturalism, a belief that mixed cultures, as opposed to an American one, makes for a happier society where new histories can be written to replace those created and written about by dead old white men that led us, good or bad, to where we are today.

It is also a basic tenant of the New Democracy thinkers to keep society in turmoil, race against race, religion vs. atheism, morality vs. sexual perversion, lies vs. the truth, obstruction vs. cooperation and, always blaming others for misdeeds they commit themselves. For example, Scooter Libby went to prison for something he absolutely didn’t do,’out’ Valerie Plane, an alleged CIA secret agent (she wasn’t). Can we expect to see Susan Rice in the dock soon for outing Lt.Gen. Mike Flynn, a felony by the way? How about Hillary Clinton’s felonies. Where have they gone? Is the machine hoping she will die first before she see’s the inside of a court room as an accused felon and traitor? Or her pedophile, rapist husband, the one with the “ah shucks” smile?  Will Jeff Sessions be talked out of pursuing justice? According to the New Democracy folks, the rules were not made for them, only the little people, the stupid people.

Finally, Chuckie Schumer, the grand poo bah of the New Democracy, is desperate to cling to relevancy as he lies in front of the microphones about any and every issue that does not fit into the plan for Americas future that the New Democracy people insist we would be happier in. I think we voted already. No, no, no, no! So, enough of this crap already. Let’s MAGA.

So many bad things are coming to light in the wake of the Obama presidency. Actually, Hillary Clinton, as first lady, brought the dark aura of political corruption to the federal government when she first co-opted the FBI files on her and Bill’s political enemies. Eight years of absolute corruption and unexplained deaths followed. Indeed Hillary introduced a corrupt way of life to national politics that was apparently, acceptable to both parties.

Bush was never accused of corruption, just ineptitude and that’s debatable, but he acted decisively when it was called for. Then came Obama and his reign of sweet talk, failures and corruption of the functions of government. He’s gone and new problems now confront us. The news of the gas attack in Syria returns us to that famous Obama “Red Line” threat  about Syrian President Assad using gas against his own people and what America should do about it.

Well, he did nothing and the world saw a weak, feckless US presidents inability to keep his word unless that word was detrimental to Americas interests. And that leaves us where we are today, at this very minute, with a new president having an important decision to make, how to blunt the re-emergence of barbarism with Obama’s deep state, swampy bureaucracy at his back.

We will quickly know exactly which Syrian combatant committed that atrocity but, the best guess is President Assad because, except for the Russians and us, he’s the only one with an airborne delivery system and sarin gas in stock. My instinct tells me the Russians didn’t even know about it because they can’t afford any more bad publicity of this nature. Too, the Turks also have a voice in this game. What happens next will inevitably charge Americas course on foreign policy for decades, unless Schemers Democrats can screw it up for us.

The question under immediate discussion within the media, is how Trump should respond. Punishment is absolutely called for. US Navy submarines in the Med., the Red Sea and the Indian Ocean are all ready and set to launch cruise missiles into Syrian targets, especially Assad’s pleasure palaces and government command and control centers. Believe me, we know where they all are. Last weeks unfortunate comment by Secretary of State Tillerson, about Assad no longer being a problem to the US, will no longer apply. T-Rex will have learned an important diplomatic lesson on what not to say and when not to say it.

The primary worry is the reaction of Syria’s sponsor, Putin’s Russia. if his military complexes and aerodromes are inadvertently targeted and planes destroyed, how will he immediately react? Russia like us, is broke and cannot sustain any lengthy combat, especially over an Arab president who may have gone off the rails. Russia as a member of the UN, signed onto rules and regulations regarding use of weapons of mass destruction. Putin has this other problem. Not everybody in Russia is happy with him. At the moment, he just has the biggest stick.

For us, the most favorable consequence will be that Trump will have delivered the most important message of all, America’s back! Many will heave a sigh of relief and welcome the prospect of area stability It will give them room to prepare for whatever Iran may decide to do.

Iran will also note the change in Americas determination and, if they can tear themselves away from the pages of the Koran, they’ll realize they are really an easy target. We have entered a period of extreme political combustion. We must tread heavily now. The world is waiting!

It’s probably about time to understand what constitutes a criminal invasion, how to properly identify foreigners to our shores, when they come here uninvited, and what to do about it before and after they’re here. We already know that the Jihadists motives is to expand the Islamic Caliphate, by the sword if necessary, but, what about the peon class?

The brutal attack and rape of a14 year old girl in her Montgomery County public school by two illegal ‘invaders’ (they are not immigrants), age 17 and 18, assigned to the 9th grade class at Rockville High School because they do not speak English, is yet another ignored example of the assaults on our laws and common sense, ignored by the mediocre media and denied by the Liberals who run city, state and Federal governments and worse, our public schools.

These two migrants were apparently not jihadists, but just a couple of MS-13 gang wannabe’s starting early to build their resumes. Tattoo’s to follow! Judging by the  booking photo’s, it appears they may have only recently learned to peel banana’s with their hands. America has enough of its own home grown knuckle draggers; we do not need to be welcoming more.

The costs of dealing with illegal invaders is becoming unbearable. How would our economy be affected if they all went away? Let’s start with the accepted figure of 20 million. If 3.5 million illegals, in California alone, moved back to Mexico and Central America, Calif. would have an extra $10.2 billion to spend on their now overloaded school systems, shore up bankrupt hospitals and overcrowded prisons. Certainly, our streets would be cleaner, less congested, less deadly and English would again became the dominant language.

If Colorado lost half a million illegals, including their 300,000 children and grandchildren, Colo.  could save an estimated $2 billion, perhaps as much as $7 billion annually in taxpayer costs for schooling, medical services, social-services and incarcerations. Also included would be twelve thousand gang members, saving $20 million in prison costs with a noticeable drop in street crime including drugs, burglaries, assaults, robberies, rapes and homicides.

These figures can be extrapolated to other states but a more important figure is that $80 billion in US dollars, much of it untaxed, would not be sent back to Mexico. Those savings could contributes to reducing our $20 Trillion deficit.400,000 anchor babies cost us $109 billion per year. Nearly 100 hospitals in California, Georgia and Florida would not have to close by bankruptcy because illegals pay nothing for the services they demand and, by law get, in emergency rooms.

Thousands of illegal TB and hepatitis carriers, brought in under Obama’s ‘no enforcement E.O., have entered unscreened and have been infecting Americans nearly everywhere. If our cities experienced 20 million less people driving, polluting and gridlocking our streets, they would look less trashy, and would be far safer places for Americans to live and raise family’s.

A loss of 20 million illegal invaders would present the ‘progressives a dilemma in a loss to their voter base. But, a restoration of respect for our laws would return. If action is not taken, the current growth rate will increase 20 million more n twenty years. They should be told to go home, fix their own countries and/or make Mexico better. We cannot allow Progressive indifference at our borders, or the lawlessness that comes with it to redefine American laws.

California Senator Diane Feinstein used the issue of abortion for her attack on Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch. She said that she will probably oppose him because he believes “the intentional taking of a human life by private persons is always wrong.” Private persons here being abortionists, including professionally trained medical doctors.

It’s apparently okay to take lives, by execution, of adults who have passed the line of abiding in a safe society by their decision(s) to become murderous or treasonous criminals, but that’s another argument. Society basically agrees there is a point that disposing of the lives of those who made bad choices is indispensable for a communities safety and happiness.

Continuing the estimable Senators delusional pontifications, she opined: “Judge Gorsuch has not had occasion to rule directly on a case involving Roe. However, his writings do raise questions. Specifically, he wrote that he believes there are no exceptions to the principle that ‘the intentional taking of a human life by private persons is always wrong.’ This language has been interpreted by both pro-life and pro-choice organizations to mean he would overturn Roe.”

How more morally reprehensible can she and her party, be? Diane Feinstein proudly labels herself a Progressive and demonstrates that pride in act, word and deed. A casual examination of the history of her “Progressivism” reveals a sordid story concerning their attitude toward human life, who should live and who should not, a philosophy not wrapped in a “woman’s choice,” but what was actually best for the “collective.” Women’s healthcare was never an issue.

The 20th Century alone reveals a bleak, history of Progressive (Communist) regimes that glorified in murdering over 100 million innocent people in the name of the “Party.” Concerns for human rights, when the Bolshevik Revolution swept across Russia in the early 1900’s, was not an issue at all. The leap from Soviet Russia to Maoist China is a short one, but the body count raised exponentially. We cannot forget the killing fields of Cambodia and Burma either.

A reading of the 20th century history of Soviet Russia reveals little, if anything, about abortions. Why would abortions be important in a Progressive paradise whose policies were the wholesale murder of men, women and children. The effectiveness of mass starvation, slave labor camps and summary executions of enemies of the state, (and abortions) cannot be denied.

Sen. Feinstein did say something very important about Trump, he would keep his word and that reflects on Gorsuch. Specifically, she said: “President Trump repeatedly promised to appoint someone in the mold of Justice Scalia and that the nomination of Judge Gorsuch illustrates he’s a man of his word,”  that “The Supreme Court has the final say on whether a woman will continue to have control over her own body or whether decisions about her healthcare will be determined by politicians and the government.”  “By politicians and the government?”

Politicians are the government and if its a Progressive one, then mass killings could be here to stay. One supposes, according to Feinstein, that Progressives think they are morally superior to Judge Gorsuch. For a politician to be morally superior is to arrogantly rise above the Scriptures (the Torah in Feinstein’s case) and, to assert that “the Party” knows what’s best for all is to make social injustice a conceited excuse for criminal behavior, women’s choice be damned. We have left Obama’s murky world of political favoritism, threats and lawlessness. Let’s not go there again.

How to kill a mandated wealth transfer scheme, i.e.: theft by government, seems to be a problem for the GOP. Why? The unaffordable no health care tax scheme is probably the one law in legislative history that the GOP can’t be blamed for creating so they can enact more laws to fix it. The ADA hangs out there like a piñata ready to be swatted out of the park.

The problem is unique in its difficult simplicity. Just repeal it and roll out Tom Prices’s plan then start the amending process. The obvious problem here of course, is not the small number of poor who will be left uninsured, that’s an excuse to do nothing but, it is the fact that the elite establishment GOP never expected that their unwanted candidate, the loathed Donald Trump, could possibly become President of the United States. His victory flew in the face of all odds  especially against Hillary’s well financed Clinton Foundation machine, criminal accusations not withstanding. The elites also expected the long conditioned minds of American voters well have accept the inevitable coming of Socialism as a given, and Trump as a clown. Whoa!

Some folks just weren’t paying close attention. If the GOP thought their candidate, even the estimable Ted Cruz, would have stood a chance to win against Hillary, they would have long ere been prepared to launch a replacement health care plan, based on the free market, and have it already in the public domain on January 21st, even in face of the screams of the suddenly toothless democrats. Never has a political party so completely disintegrated in a flash, as has the Democrat party. All they can do now is stand knee deep at the edge of the swamp and throw rocks at the squabbling Republicans and bide their time. Doubtless, John McCain will be standing there with ‘em throwing his rocks too.

It would be a capital mistake, now, to involve the Democrats in seeking bipartisan solutions to anything. They have no intention of ever helping Trump on any issue so, it’s really safe to ignore them and even try to destroy them once and for all before they destroy us, which they will try to do at their next opportunity.

But, back to the GOP. Just when everything seemed to be going well, the GOP’s fumbling, argumentative legislators appear not only inept at legislating, but indecisive and incompetent to boot. The House leadership, Paul Ryan, is reeling in confusion and time is passing too quickly to not seize this opportunity to root out Obamacare and kill it forever. The GOP elites have not accepted the fact that their crony capitalism way of doing business was also rejected and a new leader, Donald Trump, was put in place to show the way for America to get out of the socialist quagmire in which it finds itself firmly stuck.

Trump’s just published budget suggestions (Congress sets the Budget) are a joy to American taxpayers chopping out, as it does, many nonsense programs. His “America First” plan would cut the budgets for the Department of State and the U.S. Agency for International Development by 28 percent. Trump proposes to totally eliminate funding for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, the Legal Services Corporation, the National Endowment for the Arts, the National Endowment for the Humanities and the United States Institute for Peace as well as cease funding UN Climate Change Programs. Mick Mulvaney, Director of the OMB, gleefully laid out the economic direction Trump intends to take America for Taxpayer relief. A lot of peoples bulls will be gored in this exercise but Trumps said he would drain the swamp and we believed him. If you follow the money, into the Swamp is where it all goes. The consequences of failure are too horrible to contemplate. Entitlements are next, they have to be!

Frenetically challenged as she is, former Democrat House Speaker Nancy, “you’ve got to vote for it to see what’s in it” Pelosi, insists on proving the old axiom “everyone only thought she was an idiot, until she opened her mouth and removed all doubt.” Of course the biggest disaster is that even after the disastrous November election results, Democrats still insisted on retaining her in the leadership. Will the gifts never end?

Nancy simply cannot resist dashing in front of a bank of microphones and TV cameras to either show off her latest botox injections of simply babble on with the usual Democrat nonsense about Republicans wanting to steal food from little children, kill Seniors and transfer wealth from the poor to the very rich. She has opened the door for serious inquiry, if we’re interested.

The Democrats have used those exact same words and phrases for over forty years to demonize Republicans, set the political agenda and create the illusion that everybody loves socialism. Nothing’s changed except, the people have caught on and realize they don’t love socialism and it’s the Democrat Party that has all the millionaires in it stealing from the poor and giving to themselves.

How much is Nancy Pelosi worth? How about $196,299,990.* Trump came into the job already wealthy beyond imagination and many of his Cabinet Secretaries, the important ones, are also wealthy beyond belief and they didn’t hide it. They didn’t steal it either.

The mud upon which the Democrat economic foundation for Americas future was constructed, is drying out and will soon, of its own accord, collapse as it was intended as evidenced by the Obamacare debacle. The ACA, of course, was not a mistake but was intentionally designed to fail thus requiring government, and its capitalist cronies, to irrevocably grasp a 14% share of America’s economy. It was a tight race between the ACA’s endemic failure and sustaining that economic failure until the expected election of Hillary Clinton. After that, the ACA would be forever cemented into Americas economic foundation forever.

The awful truth, as we know, was that Donald Trump, supported by a vast right-wing conspiracy of Tea Partiers, changed the dynamics of the Socialist plan for America. Trumps election threw a monkey wrench into all Democrat plans for their future. In a final act of desperation, Obama and his lapdog agencies, filled the books with exhaustive rules and regulations, most of which will be swept away by President Trump.

But, the dangers still exist. We may still be witness to “#NeverTrump” Republicans using the new repeal and replace HealthCare bill House Speaker Paul Ryan introduced, as a delaying tactic so the insurance Industry can rearrange their positions to keep the money flowing in. Making health insurance affordable and available for everyone should be the goal. Government doesn’t need to be involved at all except to watch for waste, fraud and abuse.

We must beware the hidden government, those in place organisms of self-gratification that all governments endure, like the military-industrial complex that Eisenhower warned us about. They will fight to survive. So many new elements, like chemical molecules, have attached themselves to the governments DNA that untangling the web, held together by money and corruption, will be difficult to untangle. Trump may have the answer to untiring the Gordian Knot, one that appeals to his base, just chop it open with a strong willed determination. Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way.
