Madison Hunnie “Mattie” Cordin infant daughter of Matthew and Savanna King Cordin went to be with our Lord on Sunday September 20, 2015 in a Murphy Medical Center. She was preceded in death by a Grandfather, Fred King. Mattie is survived in addition to her parents, by two sisters, Pacie and Alorabella Cordin. Four brothers, Zane Cordin, Zeb Faulkner, Alex Cordin and Aiden Hines. Grandparents, Linda Kerr, Danny & Michelle Cordin. Many other realitives also survive. Graveside committal services will be held on Wednesday September 23, 2015 at 2:00pm from the Willscott Baptist Church in Murphy, NC with the Reverend Billy Rhodes officiating. Special music will be provided by Dianne Russell and the Willscott Youth Choir. Mattie’s Uncles Andy & Josh Cordin will serve as pallbearers. Burial will be in the Roberson Family Cemetery. The Family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the Cystic fibrosis Foundation in Mattie’s memory. Mountain View Funeral Home of Blairsville is in charge of the arrangements.
