Immediately following the May 2, 2017 Budget Hearing, the UCBOE reconvened at 5:00 p.m. for a required Board Member Education course on E-SPLOST. Dr. Fred Rayfield and all Board Members were present. Georgia Department of Education (GADOE) Facilities Specialist Doug Fields was the instructor for the course. Fields explained the intricacies of E-SPLOST funding for major school projects to the Board. The class was open to the public, so Fetch Your News was able to capture a video of the class.
