Mrs. Millie H. Kimble age 88 of Murphy Hwy. Blairsville passed away peacefully on Saturday April 28, 2018 at the Union General Nursing Home following an extended illness. Millie was born on March 15, 1930 to the late Jim and Cleo King Henderson. She was a lifelong resident of Union County. Millie enjoyed crossword puzzles and was a avid fan of the Atlanta Braves. She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Jim Kimble, four brothers, Harold, Blaine, Wayne, and Bennie Henderson.
Surviving Mrs. Kimble are two daughters and one son in law, Susie and Bill Hyatt of Young Harris Ga. Kathy Cothren of Blairsville Ga., step daughter Peggy Poe and a step son Arie Kimble and three grandchildren Jessica Johnson, Johnathan Hyatt ,Kim Burrell and 3 great grandchildren, Adrian Morerland, Noel Hyatt, Aiden Hyatt, many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends also survive.

Funeral services will be held on Monday April 30, 2018 at 2:00pm from the Mountain View Chapel with the Rev. R.L. Martin officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers. Adrian Moreland, Doug Cothren and Johnathan Hyatt. Interment will follow in the Many Forks Cemetery. The family will meet with friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 6-8 pm.
