I am Black, and I am a Democrat, But, “I Ain’t” Voting for Joe Biden This November

Letters to Editor, Opinion

Written and Submitted By State Representative Vernon Jones (D-Lithonia)

(976 words)

Since that day in May when I announced I would support Donald Trump for president, my motives have been questioned, my integrity assailed and even my intelligence challenged.  That is okay. I am a lifelong Democrat, but I am also a Black man, the son of a World War II veteran and a proud American.

In recent weeks, there have been absurd calls to defund and disband police departments across the country by Democrats in response to the unjust murder of George Floyd. These are extreme calls that will only lead to more pain and suffering in our most vulnerable communities.

As the former chief executive officer of DeKalb County, Georgia, I have had to manage one of the largest police departments in the state of Georgia. I have had the experience of dealing with police shootings and comforting the families of victims. But, at the same time, I have also had the experience of losing two black police officers. I have had to comfort their families in the middle of the night and console their young children. I know firsthand when others are running away from chaos, police officers are running into the fight to protect and serve.

President Trump was sickened by the death of George Floyd and is fully committed to ensuring that he will not have died in vain. The president has taken a commonsense approach to heal our nation. President Trump made it clear that he will protect all Americans, serve as an ally to peaceful protestors and always uphold law and order.

However, the protestors were determined to sow chaos and destruction all in the name of racial equality. Listen, during my first legislative session in the Georgia House of Representatives in 1993, I filed the first bill in my career to remove the Confederate battle emblem from the state flag. But, I also understand the preservation of our history, including the good and the bad, and still, I bow to no one in my advocacy for the Black community.

But unlike other Washington politicians, this president actually backed up his words with actions. He signed an executive order on police reform, taking steps to build a better bridge between law enforcement men and women and their communities.

This landmark executive order encourages police to implement best practices to protect the people they serve. It sets the highest professional standards for law enforcement officers, while promoting peace and equality for all Americans. Under the order, the Trump administration will now prioritize federal grants from the U.S. Department of Justice to police departments that meet these high standards. Additionally, the order pushes forward the creation of a national database of police misconduct. This database will root out bad cops and help create accountability between police agencies.

In delivering his remarks last week, President Trump accomplished more in 40 minutes than Joe Biden has in 40 plus years. Where were Joe Biden and the previous administration for eight years in the White House on this issue? I will tell you: they were absent in unifying this country.

The Black unemployment rate under former Vice President Biden and the previous administration averaged a horrific 12.8 percent. The number of Black Americans in poverty barely fell during Biden’s administration, going down by just 145,000 over eight years.

By comparison, more than double that number, 350,000 Black Americans, were lifted out of poverty during just the first two years of the Trump administration.

Even before that, where was Biden for 36 years in the U.S. Senate on this issue? I will tell you: he was too busy shouting “my children are going to grow up in a jungle, the jungle being a racial jungle.” That racial jungle he was referring to includes Black and brown Americans like me. Right now, President Trump is being defined as a racist by the media, when in reality Joe Biden is the full-blooded bigot.

Do not take my word for it, take then-Senator Joe Biden’s own words for it: “The truth is, every major crime bill since 1976 that’s come out of this Congress, every minor crime bill, has had the name of the Democratic senator from the State of Delaware: Joe Biden.” Now that Joe Biden is running for president in a “woke” Democratic Party in 2020, he is attempting to sweep his racist legacy under the rug. We cannot let him.

Joe Biden is directly responsible for the mass incarceration policies of the 1980s and 1990s, which decimated the Black community. Biden authored the 1994 Crime Bill, which imposed mandatory minimum sentences, disproportionately putting hundreds of thousands of young Black men in prison.

President Trump has worked to undo injustices within our criminal justice system.  He signed the Formerly Incarcerated Reenter Society Transformed Safely Transitioning Every Person Act, or the “First Step Act,” which is the first major reform to our criminal justice system in a decade. Thanks to the president’s leadership on this issue, our criminal justice system is fairer and our communities are safer.

As Black Americans, we need to be aware of the clear choice in front of us. Joe Biden has betrayed Black Americans throughout his career in Washington, D.C. President Trump has spent his 3.5 years in office fighting to improve the lives of Black Americans.

We cannot be tricked again. Democrats like Biden will conveniently appear in our neighborhoods and pander to us from now until November. Why? Because they only care about Black people during election years.

The leadership of Joe Biden and President Donald Trump is being revealed for us all to see. Joe Biden is divisive and ineffective. Meanwhile, President Trump is unifying, pragmatic and fearless.

My 90-year-old mother passed away in April 2020. I learned my independent views from her.

I am black, and I am a Democrat, but, “I ain’t” voting for Joe Biden this November.

Representative Vernon Jones represents the citizens of District 91, which includes portions of DeKalb and Rockdale counties. He was elected to the House of Representatives in 2016 and currently serves on the Energy, Utilities & Telecommunications, Human Relations & Aging and Transportation committees.

The Politics of Dysfunctional Envy

Opinion

Let’s face it, the Lefts anguished squalls of “White Supremacy” are just that, anguished squalls, like that legendary “storm in a tea cup” Shakespeare told us about, “full of sound and fury all signifying nothing.” Except for the several attacks by immigrant Muslims who have murdered Americans in the past two decades, and a few disaffected black males, all the other major mass shooting offenders, but one, have been young while males, products of Liberal or Progressive home and school backgrounds. The one exception was the El Paso Walmart shooter.

We must recognize the Democrats screed for exactly what it is, complete nonsense mouthed by media and the unlearned young products of Americas socialist education systems who gather together as mobs in front of homes of politicians they do not like, wishing the worst atrocities, upon them, including death. Deep in their Id, they know they are losers, envious of success. They can’t define it but they know it when they see it. White supremacy, has become a substitute for the word “racist,” a term that has lost its sting by overuse among people who know the issues and understand the politics of dysfunctional envy.

Whenever a Democrat politician who hates Trump sneeringly calls the President a “white supremacist” who hates, this, that, and the other person, place or thing, they are calling you and me white supremacists and haters as well. I’m growing so weary of constantly waiting to defend myself from some socialist geared nimrod whose historical concepts match those of a monkey who has only recently learned to peel bananas with its hands. And, anyway, so far I’ve not really seen anything culturally I would want to replace what the white races have brought here that has made America great.

As the dysfunctional personalities of envy they have become, the Democrats are the best teachers. They must be because they’re not doing any legislating; their whole focus directed to thwarting President Trumps administration. It’s the old Them vs Us theme, their goal: to demonize the white race, make us the villains so we can be hated.

The ‘white privilege, white supremacy” attacks are not only about race envy but constitute a denial of the culture of success. Their screeds by the new class of political wannabe’s (i.e.: the AOC’s), from cultures other that Caucasian Europeans, have been taught to believe that it’s okay to be mediocre in life because government will take care of them, and surely, haven’t they had enough of the social and economic philosophies of old dead white Europeans? Perhaps, they are told, wouldn’t it be better if America, meaning the whites, could survive under the new dynamic cultures of goat herds, throat slitters and wife beaters?

Having said all that, I must hasten to add that there are indeed whole groups of real white supremacists within our midst, still clinging to the political philosophy of Mein Kampf. They are truly evil, low class, culturally deprived moron’s who deserve the approbation they get as true neo-Nazi haters. The same applies to the KKK and Antifa, that Portland, Oregon group of hooded and masked fascists who violently confront people on the street. Now, we also seeing imitator groups, emulating the Portland crowd, showing up at other functions.

Why am I now sounding an alarm of caution? Because the Left, is becoming unglued; the minions who have been trained in our Socialist educational system are becoming impatient, and we’re just standing by watching it happen. We do not need to be afraid to take a stand against hatred and we don’t need the Left to define who we are. “We cannot let them win.

Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ’em!

Mass Shootings: Guns, Games, or God?

Opinion

Why is it that every time there is a shooting in this country, my feeds get flooded by blame. All I see is article after article on who or what I should be blaming for the latest shooting. “It’s because of video game violence!” “No, it’s the gun control laws!” “It’s about religion.” “Blame the parents.” “Blame the government.” “Blame anybody who doesn’t agree with me.”

Ultimately, I understand that people want to find a cause. That way they can turn off the valve, right? Cut off the source, stop the flow, end the violence. I need to run to the hospital for the whiplash as I get dragged in one direction after another. Is there a real answer, no. Maybe that’s why we’re all so confused.

In a society so focused on the individual, so inundated by the idea of one above all, there is no room left for love. Hate crimes, hate groups, home-grown terrorism, it all points to one thing for me. Stop being so selfish. We have so many people hating so much about this country, its people, its leaders, and its laws that I find no surprise anymore in these shootings.

How is a man supposed to respond to the world that he has found. And yes, I say ‘man.’ In 2019 alone, it seems like every time I look at a shooting of more than five people, its a guy. No, it’s not 100 percent, but it is overwhelming. When I look around, I see people screaming at each other about beliefs. Take a moment and search it yourself, I can promise you right now, I can find at least 20 videos of people filming with their phones a confrontation with people protesting. At least 18 of those videos are going to end up in screaming match with one or, more likely, both sides not even listening to each other.

It’s all about me today. I am god. I am the truth. How dare you not agree with me?

And if you are reading this thinking, “Oh, you tell those leftist idiots! They never listen.” Then you are part of the problem.

Again, if you are reading this thinking, “It’s about time someone stood up to those Right Wing nutjobs.” Then you, too, are part of the problem.

People talk about how racism is flooding our nation hating on Hispanics, degrading Blacks, ignoring Whites, and despising anyone else. Heck, I’m probably racist for not listing every single oppressed group like LGBTQ. But this is exactly the problem. We all hate everything that isn’t all about ‘me.’

Let me tell you about something I read on Social Media recently. It was a story about a teacher educating students on the Salem Witch Trials. I read that this teacher decided to play a game with the students. The teacher said they were going to go to each student in the class and whisper to them if they were a witch or a normal citizen.

The teacher proceeded until every student had a designation and then told them that they were to collect into groups. The largest group of students that didn’t have a witch in the group would receive an ‘A’ for the day. The rest of the students not in that group would fail. Likewise, if there was a witch in every group, then the witches would receive the ‘A’ and the other students would fail.

Soon, several groups had formed but quickly began distrusting anyone not already in their group. The hate spread quickly as they shunned each other for the slightest hints of being a ‘witch.’

As the time limit neared its end and the groups were solidifying into solid “cliques” of ‘us vs them.’ The teacher called for the students attention. The time of judgment had come. The teacher then asked every student who they had designated a witch to raise their hand…

The problem was that nobody raised a hand.

The students then turned on the teacher saying that the teacher had done something wrong and the game wasn’t fair. The teacher then explained, “Do you think there was actual witches anywhere in Salem? All I did was release you to act on what you were told, the same they did in Salem.”

Just like the students in this story, I find it quite telling how quickly people in this country abandon humanity. They lose cooperation in favor of segregation. You’re a republican so everything you say is biased drivel that promotes racism and gun violence. You’re a Liberal, so you must only be out to subvert society and erode life.

I feel like the more young people I talk to tend to identify as a middle ground or third party political standing. Maybe it has something to do with our society being more interested in classifying, separating, and statistically quantifying people so much that they are willing to listen to anything with numbers instead of sitting down and taking the time to understand the intricacies of each other.

We are selfish. Instead of generalizing those “Millenials” as lazy, greedy kids who want everything for free, listen to the underlying concerns of wanting to make things like healthcare and education more accessible so that the entire country can be healthier and more educated. Instead of calling those Second Amendment advocates violent sociopaths, try to understand the point that guns mean protection from intruders and shooters, but also from a government that may subdue the population and abuse their right to govern.

Don’t get caught up in the screaming, but also don’t passively agree just to avoid an argument. I know people who will continue arguing a debate just to argue and anger the other person. Even if these people know they are wrong, they don’t care, they don’t want to lose. They are selfish people who don’t build to an answer, they build tension.

One should go into a debate absolutely convinced of their belief with examples to support them, but they should also be open to listening and understanding the other side of the debate. A debate is not a fight, it’s a learning experience. I argue and debate with people to test my thoughts and beliefs. I may still come out believing what I believe or I may come out with a changed mind, but I always learn something and add to my knowledge.

And on that note, don’t degrade and put down people who change their minds. Maybe if we talk to people, try to understand them, they wouldn’t feel so alone with us and violent against us. Maybe we could reduce the mass shootings or find an actual answer instead of just blaming video games or gun laws.

Stop fighting against other groups and start intermingling because, I promise you people, there are no “witches” in this game.

The Purge Is On!

Opinion

I stand back in amazement as the Democrat party implodes struggling to find a way to defeat Trump and still remain relevant to their hopeful changing America’s political position from a Representative Constitutional government to a socialist one. It can only end in a civil war!

The Democrat Party has almost been totally absorbed by Socialists but a major change is underway to move the party to Marxism. The childish new Marxists in their ranks are getting tired of the slow progress the Party is making in fundamentally changing America and want action now! Among other things, the Democrat party may soon be bereft of any remaining old white people (Liberals) who have run the party since the days of Jim Crow and the KKK.

The pointed attack on Nancy Pelosi as a racist, by the ‘Four Horsewomen of the Apocalypse’ clearly signals the new direction the Democrats are going. Some decrepit Party remnants like Chuckie Schumer, Steny Hoyer and a few more, remain to kiss up to the Marxists in what is a futile attempt to forestall the inevitable. The can’t because the purge is on.

To the new congressional radicals who are serving their true political leader, Saikat Chakrabarti, AOC’s Chief of Staff, the Democrat Party means nothing except the vehicle by which to gain votes and power. The Party’s political direction is changing and Nancy will not be its leader.

Sanctuary cities and states acting in defiance of federal laws on immigration are the front line of AOC’s socialist cabal’s assault on Federal legitimacy. The question becomes an issue found in the 10th and 14th amendments to the Constitution and there’s a lot of room for maneuver in how to interpret them. The 10th simply enumerates the powers retained to the states, or not, and the powers of “the people.” The 14th amendment is all about civil rights and includes, arguably, who is and isn’t an American. So, with the confusion found there, illegal immigrants can’t be illegal if they can come here, regardless of the laws forbidding it, and establish themselves as US citizens. Having a baby here help’s.

We already know, from existing video’s that Pelosi and Schumer once totally agreed with the position President Trump takes on illegal immigration enforcement, and did so until Trump tried to build the wall. We are approaching a state of anarchy with many “Blue” States and Progressive Federal judges interfering with Trump’s enforcing Immigration laws.

For a city or state to resist federal immigration laws and get away with it, is evidence enough that creeping Soviet style socialism is already here in our local governments. I’ve outlined this before but it can’t be said enough. Take Los Angeles for example. Mayor Eric Garcetti has ordered his Chief of Police, Michael Moore, to absolutely not cooperate with ICE on deportations of illegals even those who have criminal records and were ordered out by courts.

Garcetti is therefore not really a ‘Mayor’ but a “Commissar,” in the soviet mode, while Chief Moore has simply become his “Political Officer,” not to enforce the law, but smother it for the good of the Party. When these Commissars order confiscations of Constitutionally protected rights, like our guns, then anarchy will breakout and there will be blood in the streets. San Francisco, Seattle, Portland are all great examples of other cities embracing socialism and smothering their citizens with the threats of armed fascist hooligans swarming the streets to beat up people who disagree with them. Even now, some media voices are encouraging street thugs to emulate the Colonials at Concord and Lexington and resist the evil king Trump.

Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ‘em!

The Failed “Putsch”

Opinion

The Failed “Putsch”
The Comey, Brennan, Clapper, and the DoJ’s “Putsch” against President Trump, under Obama’s leadership, has failed! Mueller, after squandering $25 million dollars, more or less, and two plus years of valuable time, couldn’t close the deal for the Progressives that President Trump criminally conspired with the Russians to deny Hillary Clinton her rightful place as President. Because It never happened!

America has had only one political traitor who remains in the history books, Benedict Arnold. But, I think when the smoke clears after this tawdry Mueller business, the wreckage of the Deep State will be complete and a few more pages will be added to the history books on American traitors.

An hidden organization like a “Deep State” only works because people don’t want to be involved. They rely on their elected representatives to legislate, while obeying the Constitution in doing so. But, many low level functionaries in government, syncopates to Socialism, who occupy positions that make the machine work for the elites, are there to do their masters bidding or, do mischief if necessary.

Compliancy sets in, laws are ignored, illegal standards become rote and before you know it, Americans have gotten used to the slow changes that have overtaken their lives. Then came Trump, determined to Make America Great Again. The protected class, in their panic, couldn’t allow that and the leaders felt it their duty to put a quick end to the obstructionist. And they couldn’t! So, with the final conclusion of the Mueller investigation, a new door opens. Americans will be shock with the revelations that are coming.

When a “Putsch” fails and the players are exposed for their treachery, then their former victim(s), Trumps administration, are entitled to use that very apparatus of government, and the very law that the traitors employed, to set about to repair the damage by ripping out the bitter weed of Socialism by its very roots.

The focus now is on outraged judges of the FISA Court. They now know the FBI lied to them and that is the starting point for Trumps swamp draining exercise. We haven’t heard much from that quarter yet, but believe me, a whole bunch of Judges are so outraged and betrayed by former FBI Director Comey, CIA Director Brennan, DoJ’s Sally Yates, McCabe, et.al. that, figuratively, heads will roll. The misuse of the FISA court was central to Obama’s governmental abuse of power. To weaponized his governments intelligence and law enforcement agencies to go after domestic political enemies, is the “Putsch. “ That it was done by a political party that is all-in for Marxism, reveals how close to disaster America actually ventured. In the end, the machinations of the plotters was so clumsy, so inept, that one must step back in awe and wonder if any of the legitimate work they may have done to protect America from foreign spy’s, was effective.

Obama’s DoJ and FBI, were the biggest abusers of power I’ve seen in my lifetimes. If the highest levels of government felt free to trample over the process by which presidents are elected, think what it could do to us deplorable’s..It has already affected Carter Page and Paul Manafort. If a newly elected President can be hounded by unelected elites from within the government, then we’re not safe at all, none of us, This is Orwell’s world of Big Brother, the world Hillary Clinton would have reveled in if she was president.

We now hear silly comments about ‘apologies.’ Nonsense! It’s too late for Apologies. Any given should be ignored by the President, and indeed, I suspect if he could, the perpetrators would be headed for a firing squad. That is the only remedy left to stop the Progressives cold in their scurrilous plans to fundamentally change America. The sure fear of execution for treason is a neutralizer for future politicos who think the American system is out of date and should be changed, by them.

Over two years of orchestrated defamatory allegations against Trump were based on lies, deceit, fake news, anonymous sources and leaks, and should not endear apologies. Two things are clear. The fourth estate, the media, complicate in this ordeal, is corrupt and its leadership also needs to be purged; and our systems of higher education, controlled by socialist unions, needs to be cleansed.
Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way, so, let’s go do something about it.

David Cooper feels he can reach across party lines and defeat Doug Collins

Election 2018, News, Politics

BLUE RIDGE, Ga. – David Cooper will face off against Josh McCall for Georgia’s 9th congressional district seat Democratic nomination. The winner of the May General Primary will then run against Republican incumbent Congressman Doug Collins in the November General Election.

Collins has held the Georgia 9th Congressional District seat since 2013.

Fannin County, Blue Ridge, Georgia, Republican, Democrat, Doug Collins, Josh McCall, David Cooper, 9th Congressional, 9th District, Congressman, Second Amendment, Fannin County Democratic Meeting, Debt Clock, Education, Green Technology, Clean Energy, Environmental Protection Agency, Small Business

David Cooper seeks Democratic nomination in May General Primary.

Cooper stopped by the Fannin County Democratic meeting to share with Fannin County residents why he feels that he is the best man for the job.

“I am soldier. I have served in the forces that have guarded this country and our way of life, and I am prepared to serve again,” Cooper introduced himself.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in public administration, Cooper has also had a career working various levels of government and is currently retired from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). During his employment with the EPA, Cooper worked in hazardous waste clean up and also worked in commercializing green options, such as solar, wind, and geothermal.

Because of his background, Cooper feels that he can reach a wide audience: “I speak the language of patriotism and sacrifice. I speak the language of compassion and selfless service. I speak the language of public participation, cost effective regulation and legislation.”

“It is not about giving a speech. It’s not about making a list of here’s my issues, and wouldn’t it be cool if we could do these things. That is what every politician is taught to do,” Cooper said, explaining he wants to see real accomplishments.

“I am an unconventional candidate, and I will be running an unconventional campaign,” Cooper noted, adding that unlike his opponent, McCall, he would in fact seek to sway Republican voters. “I have the skills and experience to have those conversations.”

Cooper is convinced that there is no such thing as a single-issue voter and is confident that he can find common ground and common values among all residents of Georgia’s 9th District.

Cooper summarized his beliefs and his platform into three key elements, with the first being a need to “save democracy”. He feels this can be accomplished by stopping fake news, ensuring clean elections, and implementing term limits.

His second stance is to “protect what we hold dear.” Cooper cited a few areas that deserve our attention and care, with these being social security, medicare, women’s rights, the environment, veterans, and small businesses.

Cooper labeled his final stance as “progress for the future.” He would like to see steps made toward universal health care, common sense gun control, clean energy, fair taxes and affordable education.

“Not free education,” Cooper pointed out, “until we can get healthcare for everybody, don’t talk to me about free education.”

Locally, Cooper would like to work to support small businesses, citing that they are uniquely numerous in our area due to the tourism industry. He feels that one way to promote this would be to “energize the Small Business Administration to do more to support and provide more outreach.”

“That’s how we keep the Georgia 9th vibrant, keep these small businesses going,” Cooper added.

“Collins should not be making rules for anyone,” Cooper spoke of his Republican opponent. “His loyalties are not with the people.”

In the General Primary, Cooper said the focus should not be about himself running against McCall, but instead he advised the crowd, “You need to pick the person who can beat Doug Collins and who has a plan.”

Fact vs. Fiction: Senator Perdue Lays Out The Facts About Tax On Fox News

State & National

Fact vs. Fiction: Senator Perdue Lays Out The Facts About Tax On Fox News

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator David Perdue (R-GA) spoke with Shannon Bream on Fox News @ Night to clear up the misinformation about the U.S. Senate’s plan to fix the tax code, help middle-class families, and make America more competitive again.

Fiction: The GOP tax plan will add $1 trillion to the national debt.

Fact“I am more optimistic that this plan is going to ignite our economy. President Trump said job one was getting our economy going again. We pulled back on regulations, unleashed our energy potential, and now we have an historic opportunity to change the tax code and make American companies and workers competitive again with the rest of the world.”

Fiction: This tax plan is only going to help the wealthy and hurt lower and middle-income Americans.

Fact“Real Americans are going to benefit from this. A family of four, making the median income of $73,000 a year, will have their taxes cut almost 60%. A single mom with one child, making $41,000 a year, which is the median income for a single worker, will get a 75% tax cut. More importantly, between 3-6 million people are estimated to have their taxes go to zero. The greatest beneficiary of this plan is the person who will get a job because the economy is going to be ignited.”

Fiction: There has been no transparency to this process. The entire process was hidden from the American people and pushed through at the last minute.

Fact“Over the last few years, there have been over 70 open hearings in the Senate about changing the tax code. This has been a fully transparent process. I hear the rhetoric from the other side. This is all coming from the side who a few years ago had then-Speaker Pelosi say ‘you’ve got to pass the bill to see what’s in it.’ This has been an open process the entire time. This is regular order. It went through committee, where we had amendments offered. We’ll have amendments added to it tonight. All of this has been done in the light of day.”

Fiction: The tax plan will generate very little economic growth.

Fact“President Trump has really pushed us to make sure this plan will make American businesses grow. I believe we have accomplished that. Today, we have the highest corporate tax rate in the world, and the corporate tax rate is a huge penalty on the American worker. I know because I’ve lived in Asia and worked all over the world. We are now going to become more competitive with the rest of the world.”

Short Takes – Lessons That Should Be Learned

Lessons That Should Be Learned

Apart from the fact that the Democrat Party is in a shambles, and they’ll never admit it,  Democrats PAC’s are not necessarily so and are now going all out in funding state and local races, an area dominated by Republicans in recent years, and starting to win some. That is bad for Americanism and the Republican party and good for Socialism.

One lesson we should take away from the Virginia governor’s race is that the Democrats will apply lessons learned to all upcoming state races, while the GOP reads polls. It is clear that the Democrat PAC’s have gone after and energized their base. The scale of their effort even reached into many less reported, smaller state and local races in Red States and are bearing fruit. They are organized and the GOP still haven’t passed a meaningful bill (health care or Tax reform). I’m afraid the Establishment Republicans will once again fumble away the game.

The Republicans sit on their hands and worry only about how to keep “moderates” in office and keep out conservatives. Republicans ignore at their peril, the ferocity of the coming Democrat campaigns for Red State Governorships, Senatorial and Congressional races as well as  Secretaries of State and Attorney General’s positions. It is these smaller races where the strength of a party lies for fending off lawsuits against conservative state initiatives and for holding power when redistricting congressional districts comes up every ten years.

Democrat PAC’s bombard my email ten to fifteen times every day pleading for donations, even as low as a $1.00, to combat Republicans who are destroying Obama’s legacy, shredding the Constitution and with other outlandish claims that Trumps impeachment is on hand if they only had only a few dollars more. These are followed up with sad pleas that they missed their goal because I didn’t contribute and yet, I read where the Democrats are gathering donations at a rate that far exceeds the GOP’s efforts.

I can understand that. I no longer donate to the GOP because they have become a money grubbing organization, not to promote the conservative Republican agenda, that they despise by the way,  but to fund the elections of moderate candidates willing to become swamp creatures, or to fund Democrats if a Republican candidate doesn’t signal he/she is one of them.

I don’t know about Ed Gillespie except that he falls into the “Moderate Republican” category, gave lip service to Trump but didn’t or wouldn’t embrace Trump’s immigration policy, military buildup policy, and healthcare policy, tax-reform or job creation. Trumps record of success on all of those, except replacing Obamacare, are masterstrokes of managerial efficiency. Reducing the “deep state” is going on apace. The Republicans will be facing a catharsis if they deliver to us any more such losses.

The moderate Republicans will always fail because they don’t realize that Donald Trump is a successful business manager, a promoter of what’s great about America and America’s workers, and not simply an ineffective drone of a president that elite politicians can manipulate to affect domestic and foreign policy to satisfy their corrupt ends.

Trump will never be a tchotchke. Daily he sets the news agenda for the media. and has them chasing rainbows, creating fake stories just to fill space and directing issues where he wants them. In Virginia’s governor race, with Trump away, the GOP did none of these. The GOP is leaderless, adrift on a sea of inaction. Perhaps they should join Trumps party!

Signs of the Future?

Signs of the Future?
I do not necessarily subscribe to “signs” or “omens” as guides to how I should behave or what the future holds, but I don’t ignore them either. They’re there none the less, as warnings of the future turmoil we face. Governments, financial institutions, bank’s and savvy investors, rely on analysts to show them signs, to compare past history with what could predictably happen in the future. We all look for signs, in numbers and figures or even in shapes in clouds in the sky.

Predictions are made by analysts and true believers chance their fortunes on the outcomes. Fortunes are won or lost on the belief in analytical predictions. Every field of endeavor has its analysts: Intelligence agencies, financial institutions, real estate brokers and manufactures, whose data comes from trends, spies and history.

For the religious faithful, Bible scriptures are a series of predictions made over two thousand years ago as predictors of events and future warnings of the rewards of sin. Nostradamus made predictions, many that came true in his life time, with others still waiting to be revealed.

Recently, we beheld a true sign, the resurrection of one mans life, his relief from pain and the redemption of his soiled reputation when Tiger Woods achieved his fifth Master’s Green Jacket, the last one eleven years ago. His health restored, his pride showing, is evidence enough for some people to accept the presence of a divine hand. Was that an omen or a sign?

At the same time, two days later in fact, a massive fire all but destroyed a large part of the vast, medieval Gothic Cathedral of Notre Damn in Paris, France, while muslims cheered in the streets. They did that also when the Twin Towers in NYC, were brought down on 9/11. Those were clear signs.

Another is Pope Francis, head of the Catholic Church, entreating the faithful, world wide, to embrace the siren call of the ‘religion of peace,’ to extend the hand of friendship and forswear any personal defense against the Iman’s of corruption while they slit your throat. The real sign was, the Cathedral wasn’t totally destroyed. Its restoration will accompany the restoration of the souls of the apostates of Christianity.

Islam has been at war with the Christian world for over 1400 years. Why should they stop now when they believe they’re winning? The Popes positions as a turncoat, was predicted by Nostradamus, who predicted the “last Pope! Well, Maybe! If the Church dissolves in the muck of its own homosexuality and true believers abandon the faith, that will be a sure sign!

Here’s another one: The finished Mueller report, an exercise based on manufactured evidence, not of a crime, but to look for one, is to be released Thursday. Democrats and the MSM are salivating at the prospect of finding overlooked damning evidence that proves that Donald Trump is indeed impeachable. That’s nonsense of course, because we already know what’s in the Mueller report. We know the report will reveal, as it must, that the entire two plus years of expensive investigation was fabricated on lies and rigged evidence, to knowingly falsely swear and obtain warrants under the false flag of a Counter-Intelligence matter by a team of ugly conspirators under the leadership of Hillary Clinton and supported by the criminally infected upper echelon of the DoJ, FBI, CIA, DNI, IRS and possibly, even the NSA. The genesis of the Mueller investigation was in a fact a pre-planned, treasonous act against the winner of the 2016 race for the presidency. That’s a sign things may be turning around for real truth and justice.

Rural America is Still in Trump’s Corner & Talk of Russia has Decreased in the MSM

Politics

As always Friday is the day of fun for us at FYN. The All-Star Political Panel meets up to discuss the latest political issues and news. This week one of the main topics was the Georgia 6th Congressional District special election between (R) Karen Handel and (D) Jon Ossoff. Karen Handel came out as the victor in this race despite concerns of the amount of money raised by the Dems to help Ossoff. Many of the polls predicted Ossoff in the lead however they did not account for the “fear factor” as BKP calls it. Hear his explanation of this and his reasoning for this in this segment. They also discussed the Comey investigation and how Russia is not the main topic you hear in the main stream media this week. If you are interested in being on the All-Star Panel feel free to join us at Sycamore Crossing around 8:45 every Friday Morning.

Cultural Marxism, Its Ugly Effect

Opinion

Cultural Marxism, Its Ugly Effect
The obdurate Left, especially the House leadership, as in the Democrat led Judicial and Intelligence committees, as well as their Progressive base, remain completely discombobulated with the ‘shocking’ results (for them) of the conclusion of Mueller’s two years and millions of dollar in expenses spent in an investigation that failed to produce what they wanted, the negation of the 2016 election, i.e.: the removal of Donald Trump from the Presidency.

Their uncontrollable anguish, while signaling the story’s evanescence, also reveals their staunch determination to hang on to the “Collusion” issue despite the Mueller Reports conclusion. To keep the public’s interest actually signals, even to the most casual observer, their desperation at ending Trump’s Swamp draining exercise and their realization that “it ain’t going to happen.”

When the media’s hard news stories, nearly always lies wrapped in deceit and enveloped in authenticity and have run their course, they are going nowhere because they quickly lose a weary, scandal hungry public. Breathless CNN and MSNBC announcements of the Presidents imminent demise that never materialize, soon bores the public to death and the story atrophies, as it should, as does the media’s veracity. It is the media that sets the daily storyline, except when Trump “Tweets,” and nobody will care anymore. We’re there now.

The salacious Trump Collusion story will now, or rightly should, focus on the real criminals, the Obama officials involved in this tawdry treasonous exercise responsible for the Coup against Trump, the Deep State anti-Trump plotters in the leadership roles of the Obama administration specifically in the FBI, DoJ, CIA, DCI and the IRS.

Now unproven allegations based on Clinton’s phony fusion report, from which errant FISA warrants were issued on false pretenses, rumors cunningly crafted and put into operation by James Comey, ensnares a whole host of conspirators that need to face judgement. If Hillary Clinton, the criminal-in-chief, escapes facing justice because of who she is politically, that will signal the end of legitimate rule of law government and opening the door to the only thing left to satisfy true “deplorable” Americans,“finis terminus acquits!.” It will be terrible!

What is the measure of the Left’s anguish? What is so important to them that they will engage in treason endangering their lives and fortunes to stop Donald Trump from draining the swamp? The answer is available if one only looks. On 10 August, 2017, Foreignpolicy.com reported the firing of a White House Staffer NSC named Rich Higgins. In a memo, Higgins revealed the “Deep State” members within the White House, who were working to undermine Trump. The prime reactionary was Trump’s second Nat. Sec/ adviser, Gen. H.R. McMaster, who fired Higgins.

Basically, here is a synopsis of the Foreign Policy story: “National Security Council paints a dark picture of media, academics, the “deep state, and other enemies allegedly working to subvert U.S. President Donald Trump, according to a copy of the document obtained by Foreign Policy.
The seven-page document, which eventually landed on the president’s desk, precipitated a crisis that led to the departure of several high-level NSC officials tied to former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn. The author of the memo, Rich Higgins, who was in the strategic planning office at the NSC, was among those recently pushed out.”

The full memo, dated May 2017, is titled “POTUS & Political Warfare.” It provides a sweeping, if at times conspiratorial, view of what it describes as a multi-pronged attack on the Trump White House. Trump is being attacked, the memo says, because he represents “an existential threat to cultural Marxist memes that dominate the prevailing cultural narrative.” Those threatened by Trump include “‘deep state’ actors, globalists, bankers, Islamists, and establishment Republicans.”

The memo is part of a broader political struggle inside the White House between current National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster and alt-right operatives with a nationalist worldview who believe the Army general (McMaster) and his crew are subverting the president’s agenda.

The ‘Higgins Memo’ can be read at ForeignPolicy.com or, consult your internet search engine looking for Higgins memo. It’s another window into the dark side. You may be shocked at what you find there.

What Does the Future Bode?

Opinion

What Does the Future Bode?

The 116th Congress has been sworn in; it’s leadership in serious doubt and its mission, from the Democrat standpoint, confused. It will be a contentious two years. Nancy Pelosi’s place in history, despite the fact she’s’ a dedicated unAmerican Progressive bordering on dementia, is secure. History will reflect she was the first Female House Speaker and the first female elected twice to that position. To be kind to her true but sad legacy, commendations will end there.

Our federal government stands exposed for what it really is, a criminal enterprise operating under the auspices of big business, big government, big banks and, war; always ready for war. That drives the fear that keeps government in operation. All is protected by the now exposed corrupted apparatus of the Deep State, the IRS, the DoJ and the FBI.”

We must seriously forget thinking in terms of Republican vs. Democrat but in terms of ‘Them vs Us,’ us being the “deplorable’s” they so desperately want to rule over. Romney’s recent op-ed remarks made that perfectly clear. Is he one of them or one of us? He’s as corrupt as the rest of ‘em!  Romney focused on form and style not a word on what needs to be done. The American people see Trump for exactly what he is, a do’er who does what he said and gets the things done that needed to be done, like reversing the Progressive agenda the Left labors to preserve.

With political corruption comes the seeds of elitism, implanted into politician who, because he or she has been re-elected time and time again assumes they are better than the voters who put them there and deserve, because of their longevity, to retain the reins of power, even to the point of denying their election losses. That’s why Nancy Pelosi is House Speaker again, despite being a near dimwit, and why she has come to believe she stands as a co-equal with President Trump, clear evidence of her oncoming dementia.

Presently, the Nancy Pelosi refuses to fund a secure border. Five billion dollars funds our government for a day, but naturally, to do so would be giving a political victory to Trump and that they  can’t abide. She’s trying to dampen down Democrat talks of “impeachment” because there is noting there to impeach him for. They’ll wait for the Mueller Report, which I predict will be a twenty pound tome of unprovable BS that Democrats will use to halt all legislative progress.

The new Congress, filled with young new Democrats, poses a problem. The fake news media focuses on the loudest, most flamboyant and really, the stupidest of the new members, Socialist all, who rant on about issues and policies that will never leave the House, let alone be considered in the Senate. The political stalemate is quickly degenerating into a carnival side show for entertainment purposes only. No legislation can possibly come from that quarter.

But also, amongst the newly minted Democrat congressperson’s are CIA and military combat veterans. Why they are Democrats remains a mystery, but the ones I’ve heard speak have not been tainted with the poison of socialism and actually fit better into the old Democrat party’s demographics we once knew and loved so well. I thought I heard a Scoop Jackson today!

But, alas, the House still has its old, decrepit, ignorant, intellectual illuminaries like Maxine Waters to chair the House Finance Committee, Hank, “won’t the Island tip over” Johnson, Sheila Jackson Lee and a few others who, because of their notoriety, or is it possibly their stupidity, find microphones shoved into their faces so they can pontificate on how awful Trump is. It’s time to rearrange our priorities, especially if the GOP intends to remain a viable political party. Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ‘em.
